Our comment from FitFit UK about Titanic Hotel Liverpool:

Located in the historic Stanley Dock area, the Titanic Hotel Liverpool impresses guests with its spacious and stunning accommodations, blending luxurious amenities with rich history. Reviewers frequently mention the hotel’s grand architecture and attention to detail, with many highlighting the "massive rooms" that provide a unique sense of space and comfort. The hotel is renowned for its delicious dining options, including a breakfast buffet praised for its extensive selection.

While the hotel offers a luxurious experience, some guests have pointed out areas for improvement, especially regarding service in certain situations. A few have experienced unhelpful staff at the reception, which contrasted with the generally friendly service provided elsewhere in the hotel. Moreover, the dim lighting in the corridors and some rooms has raised concerns regarding accessibility and overall ambiance.

Overall, the Titanic Hotel Liverpool is highly recommended for its beautiful decor, excellent food, and spacious rooms; however, management could benefit from enhancing the training and attentiveness of the reception staff to ensure a consistent five-star experience for all guests.

Titanic Hotel Liverpool: Opinions

Positive experience: Hotel room is huge, but a bit empty. Very modest and tidy. Unfortunately my TV couldn’t be opened.

Positive experience: I recently visited the Titanic Hotel to attend a conference and was impressed by many aspects of the property. The ambience was excellent, the location is convenient, and the hotel was impeccably clean. The food was also very good, which added to the overall experience. However, my stay was slightly overshadowed by the reception staff's attitude. Unfortunately, they came across as rude and unhelpful, particularly when I asked for directions. A little politeness or even a simple smile can make a huge difference, and I was disappointed that this was lacking. Overall, the hotel itself is fantastic, but I hope management can work on improving the reception staff's approach to guest interactions. It would elevate the experience to match the otherwise high standards of the hotel.

Positive experience: Staff were friendly. Event attended was a good experience. The only negative was that the bar staff were overwhelmed and not enough of them.

Fantastic experience: Spa day only. Lovely.

Negative experience: Very mixed review. Service from the staff was excellent, they're all really great, work hard and can't do enough for you. The ground floor of the hotel is nice. Very well presented and laid out with lovely furniture in such a way that you don't feel overcrowded. The food from the restaurant was great too. That said, once we went up in the lift to our room, things changed dramatically. Can only speak for our floor (second) as we didn't go anywhere else. The hallway/corridor is so dark and terribly lit I literally couldn't see where I was going which was scary. Our room was very drab and absolutely not what I would describe as luxurious or up market. Again, it was very dark, even with every single light on, the furniture was tatty with broken bits like a drawer hanging off, one of the wall lights was broken and hanging off the wall. There was no 'Titanic' or nautical theme or link in any way other than a picture on the wall. The room was so massive it felt like we were sleeping in an aircraft hanger (not spacious in a good way - like an empty hall). The bare brick everywhere just added to the dark oppressive feeling. It was absolutely freezing cold, even when we tried to put the heating on full. The ensuite was admittedly lovely with a big bath and twin sinks. If we had paid £60 for a night in this dingey room it would have been ok. But to charge 'luxury' prices of nearly £400 per night and then present that? Not impressed. Overall feeling was like a huge amount of money had been there for upmarket renovation that had all been spent on the ground floor and then run out before they did the upstairs. A really lovely place to visit for a function/meal/drinks, but would absolutely not recommend staying over in a room if they're all like ours. Sorry Titanic hotel.

Fantastic experience: It's a bit out of the city which is a shame - you'll have to get a taxi in (quick tip - DON'T book the taxi from the hotel, book it for the street outside and it's a lot cheaper). The hotel itself was amazing. They've really committed wholeheartedly to the Titanic / industrious theme and it really works. When walking along the hotel corridors on an evening, I'm still not sure whether the low humming noise is part of the building's infrastructure, or speakers in the ceiling to simulate the low humming background noise of an engine room whilst on a ship. It's the latter, then what an incredible bit of attention to detail. The rooms are immaculate and well presented. There's lots of placards and labels around the room encouraging you to make use of everything and they really help you settle in. Everything from the robes and slippers, the décor, the artwork, to the high quality shampoo etc as standard - the rooms were great. The breakfast is everything you could ever ask for and the staff were lovely and happy to help with any issues - not that there were any! Highly recommended stay.

Fantastic experience: Seemed nice enough, went there for a work event and the drinks were flowing. Couldn't complain much. A bit far from the main bit though. Had to take a cab there and back which was a bit long. Luckily the company paid for that I also got lots of free wine to take home, so no complaints from me there

Fantastic experience: We had a really lovely trip here! Service and the style of the place is excellent. The only downside was the hotel charging guests for the spa....this was disappointing, especially as the rooms aren't cheap.

Positive experience: Was taken to titanic as birthday treat . One of favourite hotels I have stayed in and would always rate excellent. However I would say things not as good as in past. Room was as normal clean and tidy, good but noticeable 2 beds pushed together. The staff persistent on bringing drinks over to table when I was agreeable to wait patiently at bar and took an age to bring over as waiting to staff to serve. I found staff abrupt and persistent on this and made night awkward. In stead of relaxed became long wait to get drink ordered 30 mins ago. Also meals for both myself not as good as previous times visited . Meal ordered on night the Grilled chicken was dry my partner order was wrong and then not cooked manner requuested. The hotel isn't cheap a night was 255 for more than a few issues. .

Positive experience: Minutes away from Liverpool city centre, Titanic Hotel Liverpool is history in the making. The 4 star hotel is set within the historic port of Liverpool, one of the city’s most iconic areas, Stanley Dock. Designed by Jesse Hartley (Albert Dock), Stanley Dock sits over the River Mersey and was part of the Port of Liverpool. It was once the largest and most complete system of historic docks in the world. It’s also less than 10 minutes from Lime street station, with excellent services connecting all the major UK cities. The hotel has a secure onsite car park and amazing hotel deals for guests looking to book a stay in the top 4 star hotels in Liverpool.

Fantastic experience: Free up grade to presidential suit, had 2 spar treatments, 3 course dinner and breakfast all for less than what a night in the presidential suit would have cost, was clean, well presented staff, quite at night, comfy beds, cheap parking, river side location, nice walk down the river side seeing the progress of the redevelopment area

Fantastic experience: This was a real treat! The hotel is in the original White Star Line headquaters, with history oozing from the walls. The industrial feel just adds to the experience. The reception team are fantastic, proffesional yet very approachable and welcoming. The hotel facilities from bar to restaurant and spa are fantastic with great service! Our bedroom was the largest superior double room I ever stayed in, bathroom was huge with lovely walk in shower and separate bath. My only thing to point out would be that our mattress was very soft, but I guess that's just personal preference. We will absolutely be back! I would go as far as saying it should be a 5 star hotel!

Positive experience: We spent a night at the Titanic Hotel while visiting Liverpool for two days. It seemed like the most interesting and quality hotel for the price in the area, and we weren't disappointed. We chose the breakfast-included option, and it offered a great selection with a buffet – I left feeling very full! The room itself was huge, but we were unexpectedly upgraded, which was a lovely touch. It had everything you'd want – a spacious, very clean room with a really comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked well (even in September), and the room featured artwork that connected to the hotel's history as a former warehouse for the company that built the Titanic. The surrounding area is quiet, and if you're like us and enjoy walking, it's about a 20-minute walk to the main part of Liverpool. This certainly helped us get our steps in, but it might be a bit far for some. Another thing to note is that the corridors are very large but dimly lit, which could be problematic for people with poor eyesight. The staff were welcoming and pleasant, and the 11 a.m. checkout time was appreciated. One issue I think they should address is the parking fee of £8 per day, which seems a bit unfair considering how far the hotel is from the city centre and the likelihood that most people will need to drive. That said, I'd absolutely love to stay here again – it was perfect for a couple's city break. Although we didn't try the spa, it looked fantastic too.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic hotel. We had a superior dockside room, it was huge. Food and service was excellent. Just out of the city centre but the 30 minute walk in did us good, but there's always Uber.

Fantastic experience: Just returned from my second stay at this amazing hotel. You get 10 stars from me! Staff are so friendly and kind and a special thanks to Jackie who is charming and the young man on reception who told me he has just recently joined. He also was charming. A special thanks to whoever cleaned room 419 as it was immaculate. The hotel has the WOW factor and you feel this as soon as you walk in. Special thanks to the man who was polishing the staircase and kindly let me in so that I could see this and it is beautiful. For a bride to stand on these stairs and have her photo taken on her special day is amazing. The food is excellent and the breakfast is really good and you can help yourself to whatever you would like. I will certainly return. A big pat on the back to all the staff who work so hard to ensure you enjoy your stay. Well done to you all!!

Fantastic experience: We had an absolutely massive room which was LOVELY! The only faults I could find was the pillows weren't brilliant and cheap loo roll. But that's not important. The hotel was beautiful and interesting interiors, and the staff service was excellent. One thing I do need to point out for other visitors is that the corridors to hotel room is REALLY exceptionally dark, obviously for effect which made it interesting. But it did make me worry about accessibility for those with visual difficulties and disabilities! I hope that this is in their accessibility statement, if not it needs putting in. Rum bar coffee, cocktails and service was excellent. Stanley's grill food and service was excellent, only gripe is that the portion of sausage and mash was TINY for the price, some peas would have made up for it maybe? Was really very tasty though, best sausage and mash I'd ever had actually.

Positive experience: Fantastic hotel & spa with a wonderful, industrial chic. Amazing food and great staff. The rooms were huge, but poorly laid out - TV was so far away from the uncomfortable sofa that it was impossible to watch (even if you could sit on the brick of a sofa long enough!). The walk-in shower was massive, but utterly useless thanks to the fad of just providing an overhead waterfall shower. Do the idiots who design these things not wash themselves?!

Fantastic experience: Stayed overnight for my girlfriend's birthday, our room was huge and very well decorated. We had a 3 course meal included which we both enjoyed very much.Hotel is a great base for anyone wanting to see Liverpool's attractions as it's on the Albert dock waterfront.

Fantastic experience: We booked a superior room with the bed and breakfast add on, plus a couple extras to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel itself. It's quite cool inside and, as you'd expect, Titanic themed. The room was massive, with a super comfortable bed. Good night's sleep. The hotel staff and concierge are top class. One member in particular (I'm kicking myself for not remembering his name) was so helpful and friendly. He assisted us bringing our bags upstairs and shared interesting and fun facts about the hotel's history. Very nice man and he really went above and beyond to improve our stay. Give this man a raise! The package we booked included breakfast, dinner, a bottle of prosecco and some nice chocolates. I came away thinking it was a great value for all this for under 300 pounds. The dinner wasn't exactly fine dining, but I enjoyed it and the standard hotel breakfast was great. A chef made my girlfriend an omlette which she loved. A few small areas for improvement to share: 1. The duvet, while so comfortable and premium feeling, had a rather large orange stain on it. Quite gross tbh. On arrival I also thought the room had a slightly odd smell. 2. Lights in the bathroom flickered a lot. (Room 402). 3. The dinner menu included in the package seemed limited compared to the a la carte menu. 4. I added rose petals to the room. Surprisingly, the rose petals were fake. I understand it must be expensive to use real rose petals, but if someone pays extra for this at a hotel billed as one of the most luxurious in Liverpool - you'd probably expect real petals. This is a nitpick though and overall my girlfriend didn't mind. ` Despite these small areas for improvement, we loved our stay here and had a great time. Thank you Titanic Hotel!

Fantastic experience: We had afternoon tea in this glorious historic location. This hotel has been built in an old Dock warehouse and its a creative and attractive transformation. The bricks and pillars of the old warehouse are everywhere giving areal sense of place and atmosphere. We ate in a dining area that had lots of light from the big windows situated along the waterfront and which open onto the dockside so on a sunny day you can sit out by the water. The old tobacco warehouse opposite is an imposing listed building of historic significance which is being converted into apartments. The table for our afternoon tea was beautifully laid and the staff are very friendly, welcoming and relaxed. They were polite and attentive throughout the tea making sure we got more tea and coffee when we needed it. The tea itself was ample with 4 good-sized finger sandwiches per person, a macaroon, a little chocolate cake and 2 large scones per person with jam and cream. All the sandwiches were fresh and delicious, the cakes were lovely and the stones fluffy and well- baked. When I was struggling to order a taxi at the end because my data wasnt working on my phone, a lovely member of the Reception desk team helped me to get onto the hotel wifi. Hotel staff are so important and the staff here are excellent. Fantastic experience. Would definitely come again.

Fantastic experience: Best hotel! We love it here! The decoration! The breakfast! The rooms! The staff! All is perfect, we celebrate our wedding with an afternoon tea in the private dinning area, the service unfortunately I can’t remember his name was exceptional, very professional, always making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were impeccable! We had chocolates, rose petals and a card from the room management congratulating us for our marriage. The room was huge with an amazing view to the Mersey. The breakfast is delicious with lots and lots of options. I cant thank this place and staff enough for such a excellent experience in our important day ❤️

Fantastic experience: A completely new experience in regards to hotel visits. I went with friends from Hong Kong for a mini break. The rooms were at least 4 times the average hotel rooms,( think floor space of a 2 bed house) the beds are super comfortable. The bathroom was big and spacious ( size of a new build bedroom)and the biggest bonus was that it had a bath. The hotel is dimly lit throughout, adding to the relaxing atmosphere. The views from my room wasn't the greatest as the hotel is in the industrial docks but had a great view of the new Everton stadium. However this still didn't bother me as the most important thing for me was the peace and quiet. Getting there was a bit of a problem. If you don't pay attention you'll miss the entrance which is on the corner of a road junction. So when the satnav says turn right you think to turn right into the adjoining road. Staff at reception are very polite and attentive and very knowledgeable about the building and the area. Breakfast was pretty good. Not the best but good. There was plenty to choose from, with hot and cold food. My biggest gripe was that several times I had to hunt down a member of staff to get a top up for tea and coffee. Overall loved the place and would go again.

Positive experience: I feel like this is style over substance. The bar area feels like a themed Wetherspoons. Staff are lovely. Rooms are ok. Large but dark (I know they have small windows due to original use) with a poor choice of wall colour. Beautiful vaulted brick ceilings would have been set off with white rather than dark grey walls. Attention to detail lacking. One awful daylight spotlight in the dressing area. Curtains not tacked to the end of the curtain pole. Broken window. Sticky back plastic type coating on coffee tables. Awful lighting in the bedroom. Noisy fridge. Average tea tray. Bathroom fixtures hanging off the wall. Sloppy repairs. Less could well be more. Good parking. Won’t return. Sorry team

Positive experience: A magnificent hotel in an historic warehouse building. Very spacious and well fitted bedrooms and public rooms. Very good food and friendly service. Tracey did a great job in the restaurant. An extensive buffet breakfast. Parking was very easy alongside the hotel. One small issue was that I found many of the areas rather dark, lacking both natural and artificial light.

Fantastic experience: Amazing hotel. So well thought out in terms of decor. Yes it is dark but it creates the atmosphere of times gone by. We were upgraded to the Stanley suite it was amazing. Staff are super. Shout out to Tracy in the Stanley bar and grill. Only suggestions is no mirror near a plug to do my hair. There should be even a small fold away mirror on a desk that would be perfect. Got a deal on breakfast, room and 3 courses I thought this was good value.

Positive experience: Excellent hotel. The hotel is just stunning and so spacious with huge rooms and wide hallways. The staff were helpful and the hotel boasts a good size car park. It is located just a 15 minute walk away from Albert dock. Only knocked one star off because we were on the first floor and it took a bit longer to get to sleep than we wanted due to the music and noise from reception and bar area below. so on return visit will ask for a room on the higher up floors.

Negative experience: We checked in on the 26th August for 2 night stay on the evening of our meal service was excellent lady called Tracy however I kept noticing one of the chefs was biting his nails and touching his long hair(no hair net) while cooking the food. This morning having breakfast my partner didn't get offered a cup of tea I had to ask and was giving no apology, and my seat is very dirty that I'm sat on.

Positive experience: The hotel is lovely cannot fault it, beautiful facilities and lovely room. Bit far from Liverpool City Centre but that was of own fault. However the staff, most miserable lot of people ive ever came across. The man at concierge was the only staff I came across that was helpful, friendly and knew what he was doing. The staff and service in Stanleys Rum Bar was shocking. Firstly we were sat waiting for 20 minutes and in the end had to go up to a member of staff and ask for her to serve us, then once we finally ordered, she had forgotten to order the things we had asked for. Very disappointed with the service here but cannot fault rooms and facilities

Jane Taylor 4 months ago

Positive experience: Magnificent conversion of the old rum warehouse. Fabulous spaces with great lighting but it is quite dark, maybe atmospheric too. The bedrooms are very big, like loft living spaces but as the restored windows are small, the rooms are also on the dark side. The darkest areas are the corridors from the lifts to the bedrooms. Yes, it's atmospheric and probably intended to mimic a ship's deck but it's really hard to find the door key pad! The hotel is a 25 minute walk from the centre or a £5 cab ride but it's perfectly placed for the new Everton ground which is just across the road. The breakfast was very good but I didn't rate Stan's grill. The food was only pub standard which was a let down. The dining area lacks elegance for an evening service in a smart hotel. I'd eat out if I went again. Summer night drinking on the dock side tables is very pleasant though.

Positive experience: As a converted warehouse, the first thing that strikes you as you enter the building is the grandness of it. The front desk and restaurant area is huge and impressive. This carries on into the rooms which are huge. We had a standard room but had a super king bed, sofa, arm chair and still plenty of room to walk around. I was very pleased when I entered. Unfortunately, when you start looking closely, the room was showing signs of being a bit tired. The carpet was thread bare in a couple of places, there was marks on the walls, and also some of the bedding was marked too. The dissapointment continued into the night with lots of noises. Also, the windows don't do anything to soundproof the room from the sound of seagulls... who knew they were still active at 2am! The corridors are vast and very dimly lit, and the entire hotel seems like it needs lighting up a little. The location of the hotel is a little off of the beaten path, but the entire area seems under redevelopment (the new Everton stadium is just around the corner). Despite the few issues, we had a very enjoyable stay. We dined once in the hotel restaurant which was very tasty.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Titanic Hotel, and let me tell you, it was an experience like no other! The food at the hotel was absolutely amazing; every bite was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. From the delicious appetizers to the mouthwatering main courses and decadent desserts, the culinary experience at the Titanic Hotel was truly fantastic. Moreover, I was blown away by the incredible staff at the hotel. They were not only attentive and professional but also went above and beyond to ensure that every guest felt welcomed and taken care of. Their dedication to providing exceptional service truly enhanced the overall experience of my stay. The rooms were absolutely breath-taking. The moment I stepped into my room, I was greeted by elegant decor, luxurious furnishings, and a stunning view that took my breath away. The attention to detail in the room design was exceptional, creating a perfect blend of comfort and sophistication. Every aspect of the room was carefully thought out, from the plush bedding to the stylish furniture. The ambiance was so inviting and relaxing, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring or indulging in the hotel's amenities. Waking up to such a beautiful room and view truly set the tone for a wonderful stay at the Titanic Hotel. I can confidently say that the rooms at the Titanic Hotel exceeded all my expectations and added an extra layer of luxury to my overall experience. If you're looking for a place that offers not only exceptional service and delicious food but also stunning accommodations, the Titanic Hotel is the perfect choice. In conclusion, my time at the Titanic Hotel was nothing short of extraordinary. The combination of outstanding food and impeccable service made it a memorable and delightful visit. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch dining and hospitality experience.

Positive experience: Overall, the experience was very pleasant, with some standout positives and a few significant drawbacks. The staff and the overall atmosphere of the place were absolutely fantastic—truly top-notch. However, the breakfast was a major letdown. At £45, it was barely warm and tasted awful, definitely not worth the money. We stayed in a superior room, which was beautifully appointed, with a lovely bathroom, but the bed was a disappointment—two singles pushed together, which was frustrating. The highs were high, but the lows were hard to ignore.

Fantastic experience: Wow, what a beautiful hotel, this was our second stay and it was just amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for the team of very hard workers and the place was spotless throughout. We were made to feel welcome by the receptionist. The rooms are huge and the beds are so comfortable. The food was delicious in the evening, we opted to have the 3 course deal which was included with our room and it was so good. Breakfast the following morning was just amazing, they really do cater for everyone and so much to chose from. Positive experience: Stayed here for a wedding, the hotel looked amazing, the staff were super friendly and the food and drinks were great (shout out to Micah at the bar for the tips and drink suggestions) The room (101) was a great size and comfortable but was a bit tired looking, the bathroom was huge but the shower soaked the floor each time you used it and as a tall guy (6ft5) I couldn't make the shower head go high enough on the wall because the hose would kink and stop the water flow. To summarise: great looking hotel, friendly and professional staff but a bit disappointed with the room.

Fantastic experience: The best hotel experience I have ever had! I have stayed here twice now, once for work and once for fun. Both times, I have been blown away with their hospitality. The little touches are wonderful and the rooms are huge and full of character. Thank you for a perfect stay, I can't wait to return in November

Negative experience: I stayed at the hotel from the 15th to the 17th of July. The hairdryer was broken. When I went down to the reception and asked to pick up a new one after breakfast, the answer was, "I don’t know where housekeeping is, so I might not be able to fix that." I forgot my purse with my passport in it at breakfast on the 16th. I realized it when I came back in the afternoon at 5 PM and asked for it at the reception, the bar, and the restaurant. It wasn’t there. I had to cancel my dinner plans and spent the whole evening trying to figure out how to get back to Sweden without a passport. I also needed to report it stolen. When checking out the next morning, a happy guy at the reception informed me, "Someone found your purse yesterday morning; here you are." THEY HAD IT THE WHOLE TIME BUT DIDN'T TRY TO INFORM ME AND EVEN TOLD ME THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT. Conclusion: The hotel is really cool, but unless you are a famous footballer, don’t expect any service. It is more like a hostel.

Positive experience: Review for the spa: Beautiful atmosphere and the exposed brick underground tunnels give a wonderful setting. Good amount of services Masseuse was good but distracted on her phone during my therapies. Not enough lounge beds

Adam Norbury 6 months ago

Positive experience: The hotel and views are really great. For me, the big down side is spa access. Be aware that hotel guests do not get preferential access to the spa. You should try book ahead (which they don’t tell you). And it’s often very busy with others just coming to use the spa and not staying at the hotel which can affect how relaxing your spa experience will be, given it’s a fairly small space. If you don’t care about the spa at all, this is a fantastic hotel the rooms are great and the views are fantastic. If the spa is a selling point plan ahead and be prepared.

Negative experience: Arrived at the titanic hotel at 14:50.I was informed that check in is not possible until 1500.I requested to check in with the paperwork then when room was ready we could go up.I was informed that this was not possible. We went off then came back later and joined the queue. The fridge in the room is out of order. We went down to restaurant at around 1900 to have a meal,we were informed it would be 2100 before a table would be available. We had the bar food which was very good.We ordered a drink but after 25 minutes wait we just cancelled. Think the barman had a big list of cocktails to get out.The staff are really nice very friendly. The experience so far though has not been great, don't think we will be returning.

Fantastic experience: This Hotel was very impressive, got a free upgrade on our room for no reason but we weren't complaining. The room was very spacious, clean and decorated well, the bed was extremely comfortable, bedding was so soft. Breakfast was busy, but the service was very good, food was tasty with a good variety. It is £9 to park on site for 24hrs which isn't bad for liverpool but the next side street to the hotel is free and it's a 20 sec walk, I'd look at the side street first. The area is up and coming, with the new Everton stadium opposite it. The hotel is a good distance to the centre of Liverpool but Uber/Taxi are easy to get and cheap, it is walkable but not in heels.

Fantastic experience: Superior room was huge, king size bed, sofa, chair, coffee table, chaise lounge, desk and chair, sideboard with tea and coffee making facilities and mini fridge and safe. Bed was comfy and room has ac. Bathroom was bigger than the whole room in a budget hotel, toilet, twin sinks, bath and separate double shower were all great. Titanic theme throughout looked great and decor was a very high standard, ask them to show you their replica of the Titanic staircase from the film. Bar is very well stocked with wine, beers and spirits, restaurant food was great, all staff were super polite, friendly and efficient. I can not fault this place in any way, sure breakfast is nearly 20 pounds, but it's got everything you want, other meals are fair prices for the standard of the place.

Fantastic experience: Our two rooms were massive and spacious. Complimentary white wine bottle in each room. Clean. Well-presented rooms Comfortable beds. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was great, wide choice. Just.a bit of a wait for tea and coffee to be served, may have been better (during busier time of breakfast -service) to give pots of tea/coffee per table. Location great, not far from the Strand.

Fantastic experience: First time we've stayed at this hotel, we were staying because of a wedding, and it certainly has that wow factor about it, the rooms are amazingly huge, they have a little fridge in them too, so you can put your drinks in them. We used used the Maya Blue facilities, which had a hydra pool with jacuzzi, sauna, steam room and a solarium, there's also a quiet toom with beds to just relax on, they give you a dressing gown and a towel to use whilst you're in there. They do treatment packages, too. The only downside was the bar is a bit pricey, but we were there as a o e off. In all we were really impressed with the hotel, it wad amazing.

Fantastic experience: Great hotel but a bit out the way. Probably a half hour walk to the Royal Albert docks. Rooms huge and lovely but basic. Breakfast amazing, everything you need. Staff in particular were very good. Libby on the night time and then Mathew on the morning we’re particularly lovely!

Fantastic experience: Overall the best hotel we've stayed in within the UK. We stayed here May 5th 2024. Have to say our first and lasting impression was how very friendly the staff were. They couldn't do enough for us. In particular two of the Concierges', Dodi & Johnathan, both were highly efficient, courteous and made the difference to our stay. They clearly enjoy their job. The room, and hotel were immaculately clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The entire hotels decor was modern and impressive. We had room service, the food was tasty and the portion sizes were generous. For breakfast there is a huge variety of food, from yoghurt with compote, cereals, pastries, full cooked, fruit and cold meats, there was even a chef to cook you an individual omelette. We've stayed in many different hotels, and I must say we just couldn't find single negative about the Titanic Hotel, we will 100% be staying here again. Thank you and we look forward to our next visit.
