Negative experience: AVOID !!!!!! RUDE STAFF AND MORE We went there today for FAMILY swim, my dad and me were taking my sister (whose 9 years old ) swimming (she’s level 3 in swimming in a pool twice the size ).The first lifeguard seen the situation and watched her and seen she was confident swimming from side to side for 30 mins we were doing that for before. The next lifeguard came (who was VERY RUDE TO ME AND MY DAD ) said she can’t swim where she was. When we questioned why she cant. he went (very rude tone ) can she swim 50 meters Without help. Most adults can’t swim 50 meters. When I asked yesterday about the family swim there was no rules on swim 50 meters unaided. I’m VERY ANNOYED. He pretty much confineded 80% of the pool to the 0.9 meters which is ridiculous the lifeguard was so rude me and my dad left with my sister after only 30 mins. When we complained to the women she said it’s the lifeguards choice so what lifeguards get to make up the rules now. Shoddy running now been going there for years with my sister working our way down the pool to where she feels confident so why is it all of a sudden the lifeguard tells a confident girl (on where she was) to go back to the shallow end. AVOID GOING HERE AND BEING CONFINED TO 0.9 METER

Positive experience: Lovely staff. Not open to public that often during term-time weekdays. Changing rooms school oriented design. Gym also available for experienced visitors to area. When parking at front is full it's possible to park, respectfully, in local residential streets.
