Atlantis Gym & Spa

Negative experience: Very rude, didn’t care about my anxiety and threatened me with taking me to court over payments missed on their behalf,. All bank details were given but wasn’t coming out correctly which was discussed. Went in and payed in person every time and still not fixed, Would definitely not recommend using this gym worst customer experience I have ever had

Fantastic experience: 2 weeks in ,, Everything you need for a relaxing sauna, steam, swim,lovely staff,chilled environments looks nice inside, changing room gets a little hot could do with a big extractor vent during 20degree plus weather which ain't very often here, gym is well equipped, if you can't get on the free weights then always a machine to use, does everything I need for my body and mind.

Fantastic experience: After two years as a loyal client at Atlantis Health & Beauty Spa, today was my first Swedish massage; it was a game-changer. Not only did it transport me into a state of relaxation bordering on sleep, but it also worked wonders on my troublesome left side of my back and shoulder. Fantastic experience: Absolutely fantastic place. Staff are wonderfulness. Gym is well stocked. Classes I've done are great fun and well worth the membership alone. Pool is serene and the sauna and steam rooms are the best. Absolutely no brainer to join this place. BRILLIANT

Positive experience: Great friendly local gym, everything you need with lovely pool and sauna/steam. Only downside is that it's a bit small, so it's sometimes a struggle in the free weights area to get a bench.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly gym. When I go, early morning, there is always plenty of free equipment, so social distancing is not a problem. Plenty of cleaning equipment available.

Fantastic experience: Didn't end up joining this gym, but the friendly welcome and hospitable nature of the owner who showed me round made a huge impact. Just on that basis alone I'd recommend this place

Fantastic experience: Visited the Spa for the 1st time today great experience. Dan on reception was friendly and very helpful. The pool was perfect and the jacuzzi was the best one I have used for a long time. Currently have a gym membership in Chelmsford but will definitely be using the spa again at weekends when in Tiptree.

Fantastic experience: A relaxed and extremely friendly place to go for either a great workout or a relaxed steam and sauna by the pool. Staff are really helpful and always friendly. Cannot fault the place.

Negative experience: Men Shower rooms are terribly old and dirty, they don't even have a toilet just a urinal in the changing room , otherwise it is a decent gym I guess
