Negative experience: In the club everything is all right except the cleaning.When you do your exercise on the mat,unfortunately they dont wash neitherther mats nor the floor around. Also if you have issue and need support of customer service,unfortunately there is a huge gap with communication and nobody can provide help even though I tried to contact customer service by different ways.I guess the problem is with the managment. That is so frustrating that for this amount of money which we pay they cannot provide high service

Fantastic experience: My son had a start up session today with vitesh. he really enjoy looking around the gym and being shown the machines he can and cannot use, Vitesh explained the importance of staying safe and working out correctly, vitesh explained the reasons why youths cannot use some of the machines, which made my son fully appreciate the hazards and injuries that can happen when over working a growing body. Vitesh demonstrated numerous exercises for my son to practise and Perfect, and stressed the importance of warming up correctly. We are looking forward to being able to excercise safely together and stay active at David Lloyds !

Fantastic experience: Today, we signed up for a 2-member ship package with a 12-month subscription at David Lloyd Meridian Leisure Park. We were warmly welcomed by a staff member named Josh, who provided us with an introduction to the facilities, including the gym floor, swimming pool, cafe, etc... Josh demonstrated great professionalism and friendliness throughout the process. We were thoroughly impressed with the high quality of the gym club and staff.

Positive experience: I had an appointment with Josh today, he was great. He talked through everything that’s on offer at David Lloyd There was no hard sell, just a friendly chat over a coffee. Fantastic experience: Friendly well ran club, great staff, good equipment, good facilities. A great way to spend a couple of hours. Kids enjoy it too. Great for the whole family.

Negative experience: Good gym. Busy in the evenings. Changing rooms are past dated and could do with a refurb. Have seen dust at the top of the lockers for months now, not sure if they’re ever cleaned. Denise needs to cheer up

Fantastic experience: Just wanted to say Josh was very understanding of what my aim were for a complete beginner at a gym , after 47 years first time joining a gym he got it, I was nervous and anxious but Josh made me feel so much at ease and was happy just to go at my pace and listen to my concerns .. Fantastic experience: I visited this gym today and signed up straight away! One of the main reasons was due to how great Josh explained and showed me everything! He was very kind and helpful! Made me feel very welcome, went through everything well and insured I was comfortable. He answered all the questions I had before making my decision of joining!

Positive experience: Very good fitness club with sufficient services and equipment available. PTs are also available and can be used. Parking is also provided. The staff are all very helpful. There is also a swimming pool, spa, hot tub, food counter etc. However it's quite expensive so perhaps may not meet everyone's budget.

Fantastic experience: Josh was very polite and professional, made me very at ease with the what was on offer and the process was very easy. If you have Josh walking you through the sign up then you are in a very safe pair of hands.

Negative experience: Gym is always very busy (staff will tell you it quietens down to get the sale, it doesn't). Changing rooms are showing their age and rough around the edges (and usually uncomfortably busy), frequently no shower gel in the showers. No Aircon through the summer in the gym, and no Aircon in the male changing rooms (They're going to "try" and fix it for next summer!). Well equipped gym, it's just a shame it's too busy to use most of the time. Classes are only available at the busiest times, so no chance of using the gym during those times, overall, disappointing and overpriced. Staff are always friendly, hence 2 stars rather than 1.

I first enquired with Josh over the phone a few days ago, and then sent him loads of questions via email but i eventually came on a tour today. Fantastic experience: Had a tour with Jemma, being shown the entire facility and what it has to offer. She was ever so polite and friendly, and made sure I understood how some of the areas, classes and services worked. The club itself looks very clean and well maintained, and just had a very modern and tidy look to it. If you come alone or with a family this site is very much for you. I've started my membership and I very much look forward to coming regularly!

Fantastic experience: Love this club. Enjoying life at a health club rather than just a gym! Really like the swimming pool, the jacuzzi and steam room and sauna are welcome treat after a work out. Gym can get busy during peak hours, classes can book up early so be quick! The food- wow! Healthy and nutritious and really really tasty!!

Fantastic experience: It’s what separates the Health Clubs from Gyms! I originally enquired on line about membership & joining. Received a call and a tour was booked in with Josh. Josh then called me the day before to confirm my appointment and attendance. Josh met us in reception promptly at the agreed time. Josh showed enthusiasm and interest into what the reason was for visiting and my goals for joining. Which were strengthening, pool use, possible classes, and bringing my grandson to build confidence and burn energy in the pool. Josh tailor made my visit to suit all of the above to include even explaining the positive aspects of working from the gym in the adults only part of the cafe. He was welcoming, reassuring and accommodating! How could we refuse not to sign up there and then! Thank you Josh! I look forward to seeing you around the gym and getting started! ☺️

Negative experience: I was given a single use invitation from a member to use this gym and upon trying to enter the staff were very unprofessional with me. I showed them the pass at reception and they said I can't use it, when I asked them to explain they said I could only enter if the person who gave the invite was with me (no other gym requires the person to be there). I was really disappointed and I drove 20 minutes to get there which was a waste of my time. The member later assured me they wouldn't need to be onsite with me to use this day pass so it's clear the staff just denied me for no good reason. The member has told me to go back again but I won't waste my time and energy again following this appalling treatment.
