Positive experience: Reasonable priced and well kitted gym. Car parking can be fun at times if you want to get near the building. Younger crowds predominantly.

Fantastic experience: Train with Kells few days each wk. Always pushing you to the max. If you think you can't do it, he'll show you through time & effort you can. Always has faith & V encouraging. The other trainers are good too, always showing you something different
