Fantastic experience: I had a family party here last night and it was amazing. Soon as I arrived the staff Libby and Becky was very welcoming. They had already setup the tables which was amazing and was very helpful if we needed anything or had questions. Our main point of contact was with Chloe who helped with us securing the event and finalising everything. She was very helpful and was very attentive with answering any questions I had. I think the Atrium is perfect for events/functions so book with them! Thank you again Chloe, Libby and Becky!

Positive experience: Nice equipment. Clean and quiet. Only thing that was missing was some atmosphere through music and a broken water machine that needed fixing. Interested to see the spa facilities when finished.

Fantastic experience: Went there on a free trial and have to say the place is great! For not much more than my puregym membership its a no brainer. The staff were very helpful and even at a releatively busy time you could get on almost any equiptment. The ONLY reason I can't sign up is the cable machine pulley length is far too short for me and the exercises I do (99% of people will not find this a problem).

Fantastic experience: I rented the hall for a gender reveal. The club was very accommodating and allowed use of a drone on the field to video the reveal using powder from the exhaust of my motorbike. The set up was ideal and all the staff are friendly and helpful

Negative experience: Attended a wake here they let the family down so badly

Each section offers a variety for you work on. Free car park and great access to other facilities within the club.

Fantastic experience: Signed up to the atrium recently, my first visit was made very pleasant thanks to a member of staff called Abbie, very welcoming and helpful! The gym inside is very nice and new looking I felt much more comfortable here than at previous gyms I’ve tried including David Lloyd! ☺️

Fantastic experience: Free parking, welcoming atmosphere. This is the standard stuff you expect..but add to that, friendly staff, an inclusive environment, PT’s always on hand and a modern look to the gym itself, makes it 5 star. Also offer great classes, a bar for socialising and lots of sport to watch at the grounds surrounding and options to join a local club. Can’t recommend enough!

Fantastic experience: As someone who has often been intimidated going into a gym, I loved working out at The Atrium Health Club! The staff always welcome me with a smile, they are approachable and run fab classes!

Fantastic experience: I can’t stress enough how much The Atrium’s facilities and staff have helped my fitness journey since I joined in November 22. The staff are always smiling and happy to help with any query no matter how big or small it may be. The gym has everything I need and they are always open to suggestions. I’d argue the selection of PTs there are the best with a wide variety of skill sets. I’ve been working with Esther and since starting wouldn’t work with anyone else, her knowledge is incredible. One of my biggest issues whilst being in the gym is my anxiety. The fact that when I walk in I don’t know anyone makes me think all the eyes are on me. However everyone was very friendly when I joined and the team put on events where everyone can get together and chat so you can meet new friends. I now feel like every time I walk into the gym I’m there with friends. Oh and did you hear they are getting a spa… that means that the 1% chance of me finding a new gym has now gone down to 0%!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member here for over a year now and still love it just as much. What makes this gym so special is the staff and trainers they have. Everyone is so helpful and happy. I’ve tried most of the classes now and can highly recommend them if you’re looking for motivation or just to mix up your work outs. Early morning bootcamp, load and lift as well as the power up are firm favourites now. The equipment is always clean and well looked after.

Fantastic experience: Great Caribbean food and drink lots of friendly people

Negative experience: The music from events held here is too loud and can be heard from residential areas far away. I don't get it because it's an inside venue as far as I can tell so not sure why sound travels for miles.

The facility and equipment of the gym is well maintained with cleaning products spread throughout the gym for personal use. For any people interested in going to a gym whether you are experienced or new to the gym the environment is welcoming to everyone of all abilities, my standards have been lifted to say the least!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing, it has now set my standards of gyms so high! Unfortunately, I had to move out of Reading but I’m now struggling to find a gym anywhere near as good. The gym has amazing equipment and is so aesthetically pleasing and clean which is important to me. Josh and his team are always so friendly and I appreciate the community they’ve built at the atrium. I always go back to visit when I can. 100% recommend!

Fantastic experience: As gym novices we were def out of our comfort zone in looking for a gym to build up my husband's knee muscles as he awaits a hip operation. I am very unfit so had to bite the bullet too. From the first point of enquiry with Chloe on reception, who impressed us by her understanding and encouragement - we have found all the staff to be professionally friendly and supportive. Membership prices are very reasonable and there is no contract. We already feel as if we are part of a family and staff seem genuinely interested in knowing how we are doing. Josh is brill and took us through our induction - with AJ giving us follow-up advice and support. Although we cannot say we are enjoying going to the gym, we are not dreading it - as expected. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend; equipment and classes good, fantastic parking, and you can relax with a great cup of Kingdom coffee after! What's not to like? Nothing to lose, so give it a go!!

Positive experience: The place is very clean and organised we had my son birthday party and it was great and the music was good there are 2 bars and with reasonable prices for your drinks the staff are friendly and helpful the carpark is big and lit at night but some parts are dark . The price to hire the place is reasonable but one drawbacks is the toilets are downstairs ..

Negative experience: Was interested in joining the club but no one answered the phone to arrange a viewing, then went to have a look and waited at reception for about 10 minutes but there was no one there. Decided to have a look at shower facilities after as they seemed to be outside past the reception plus there isn't any pictures on the net and once I saw them I realised why....

Fantastic experience: Recent visit whilst our charity was providing medical cover at Reading Festival. Excellent place to escape the madness. Really nice people and loads of plans to take it to the next level. Thanks to Josh and his team.

Fantastic experience: Got the dreaded phone call from my GP "you gotta do something about your weight ...Sunshine"...Joined The Atrium on a recommendation because their not full of "Arnie's" , good kit, Non judgemental, always a friendly welcome. at 63 and it was like going to school for the first day for me but I gotta say i'm really enjoying my times doing something outside my comfort zone.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Classes are the best I've known and all the staff are super friendly and helpful. The assault class with Ross is the most fun but also the most difficult!

Positive experience: We've been here twice for parties. It's a nice big venue with an upstairs function room overlooking the pitches. Bar prices are reasonable and the catered food was good. I understand that on normal days the food is excellent but can take time to arrive which just tells me it's cooked fresh rather than being kept warm in trays. Good things are worth waiting for. The venue is a bit out of the way. Not off the beaten path but at the end of it. The approach road has more holes than a sand bunker after I've hacked my way out of it. The busines premises beside the road are not the most welcoming as the area is "industrial" but thete's no reson that you would neef to engage with them The car park is big enough and well lit at night. All in all a good out of the way venue for a rowdy party
