Fantastic experience: Great gym, Claire’s incredible!!
Positive experience: A decent gym, with most of the equipment you would expect from a chain-gym.
Negative experience: Homeless people blocking the entrance at night. Sleeping inside is he reception and leaning against the door

Negative experience: Avoid! Especially from 11 clock at night onwards. Group of men (about 5 or 6 of them) aggressively shouting while doing the weights, which lasts for hours. One of them doesn't pay for a membership either. They were giving me and my friend dirty looks and saying horrible stuff to us. Told management twice but nothing was done about it. Every night afterwards they were in the gym giving us dirty looks and making us feel very uncomfortable. Still one wasn't paying for a membership either. Only used one month than had to cancel when I paid a membership fee. Not Safe at at all.

Negative experience: Really bad, old equipment. Bad ventilation. Aircon not working. For this price you can find a better one. It was ok a year ago and now it just went down the hill. Sad as the location is good.

Positive experience: It’s alright. The gym is quite large with lots of machines and equipment. The only downsides are the lack of paper towels or cleaning equipment on site and the Homeless & or Crackheads that sleep squat in front of the entrance or even inside the building
Hi, hope you are well. Robust cleaning regimes are still in place and we continue to pump in 100% fresh air ventilation, day and night, we clean on a daily basis, including cleaning of all equipment and gym facilities with anti-viral products. We encourage members to bring in a sweat towel to use after they have used a piece of equipment. Having cleaning stations has resulted in a significant increase in the amount of paper waster and we are focussed on minimising our waste as part of our commitment to Net-Zero. We are proud to be the very first Carbon Neutral Gym Chain in the UK. This is just a part of our efforts, for example we are also taking steps to reduce the amount of single use plastics in our vending machines.

Fantastic experience: The machine is nice, very enough for someone who want a pretty body shape and healthy weight. Btw, Jordan the PT is awesome, patient and professional, do great help in my training. Highly recommended!!

Positive experience: Great gym, lots of machines! All the staff are super nice and even the other customers are mostly polite and considerate too. I love that it’s 24hr as this fits with my student sleep schedule lol. There is not always staff in the building but most people are happy to lend a hand if needed. Great classes too, I enjoy the Pilates, just wish there was more! Machines and equipment is clean too, and cleaning supplies are provided for those who prefer using them. The gym group app is also good, as it tells you how many people are in the gym before you go. This was great when I began as I was a bit nervous around lots of people; the app allowed me to see how many people where in the gym and go at a quieter time. In the app you can also see what days in the month you attended the gym; I like this feature as it provides a sense of achievement looking back at my completed sessions!

Fantastic experience: Biggest gym group gym I've been to. Sometimes gets busy in the afternoon so would recommend going between 10am-4pm. Quality equipment considering what you are paying. I pay for the yearly student membership and it works out at around £16 a month for access to 2 gyms, allowing me to go to a gym back at home also. Didn't see many staff so can't comment on that. Overall a very enjoyable workout.
Positive experience: This gym is alright overall. Quite spacious, a lot of different machines ready to use. Great access to personal trainers and I have contacted with one which I am very pleased with. Couple of bits I'm a bit upset about. The front entrance sometimes smells of urine, from the inside. The toilets are rather smelly, but it is expected, as they are used quite a lot. The vending machines give false hope of being in service, but when you try getting something it says "Out of Order", even though it doesn't look like it. And it is difficult to find someone to ask for help with this as everyone is busy, which is fair enough. The gym was also closed for a few days due to refurbishment, but it doesn't feel like much has been changed. Lastly, I have noticed quite a bit of black mold spreading around the ceiling. Overall, good place, just be mindful of the above.

Negative experience: Trainers were the best I am giving one star only because of the cancellation procedure they made They ask you to send an email or do cancellation process 4 days before the end of your membership and also it says even if you do that they still may charge you for another month till they finish the cancellation process They could make a very easy process to cancel the membership but they didn’t because they want to make things complicated for costumers Worst Gym managementI have ever seen in my life

Fantastic experience: Southampton central is an easy located/clean gym. Staff + managers are always friendly and happy to help you with any questions about fitness. Classes are really good if you’re looking for effective workouts without feeling awkward in the gym. Would recommend to anyone !

Positive experience: Okay, since I have been asked to be honest, I like this Gym because it is town centre close to shops what I need. Everyones friendly, however, hand dryer does not work in mens changing room, and People tend to knick your stuff if you leave it unattended

Fantastic experience: Favourite gym ever all the staff are lovely and never too busy to say hi to you. Equipment is well maintained and updated when needed, I would recommend it to anyone :)
Fantastic experience: This is gym is one of the only reasons I stayed in Southampton, super nice staff combined with all around great energy and people rare for commercial gyms. Good amount of squat racks and free weight area (w benches) as well.
