Fantastic experience: Was passing through. Paid for a day pass with no issues. Some fun machines and lots of variety. Makes a change from most gyms these days with the same equipment. Not one machine was out of order. Reception staff polite. Definitely will use again.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym with a range of facilities. Extremely organised, well maintained and clean. Love the variety of equipments available all in a spacious open plan setting. Staff are extremely welcoming and will go above and beyond to accommodate. Super friendly PT’s who are on hand to help. Well priced memberships to suit. I would highly recommend this place. Arguably the best gym in Leicestershire.

Fantastic experience: I recently joined Fosse Fitness and it has exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked through the doors, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcome and comfortable. This gym truly stands out as a top-notch fitness facility in every aspect.

Negative experience: When I signed up I decided to pay the £35.00 per month because I was told I can quit anytime After a period of I’ll health and not being able to use the gym I asked my wife to cancel by direct debit on the 10th of May, I now have their debt recovery team hassling me for £63.00 when i have not been in for over 2 months, in fact I have hardly been in since February.

Positive experience: After using the gym for a while I can say the gym is for a good workout, nothing fancy. Friendly and helpful staff. Its a cramped gym with many different good equipment. So many equipment squeezed in quite small area. As there are not much space between all gym equipment, it makes sometimes difficult to do workouts as you almost bumping in to other machines or in to each other. Weight plates on lifting machines doesn't have anymore writings how much weight you are using for workouts. Would be great if managing staff could put on adhesive stickers on all plate bars - THANK YOU in advance (can be ordered on Amazon for few £). Unfortunately there are no dedicated space to do stretching and warm-up before/after workouts. 2 showers in men changing room are very poorly not always in good working order, shower trays many times not been cleaned properly after just the cleaner left changing room. Hand soap dispenser in the toilet room are most of time empty (noticed last few month) . Aircon could be on all the time (when its warm outside) instead of open windows, as many people working out and its very warm while you exercising, its not pleasant to do workout in very warm sweaty space.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym but unfortunately I could no longer attend. I had a mare with Ashbourne Management who made is so difficult to cancel but I contact Fosse Fitness and spoke to Jack. Within 24 hours the issue was resolved. Much better than other gyms in the area but pay directly (this is possible) avoiding the issues lots of places have with Ashbourne Management. Excellent service - even after membership had ended.

Positive experience: Recently had a layout reshuffle doing away with the dedicated ladies section. Now everyone is under one roof for weights and the other side of the building for cardio. A broad range of ages and abilities use this place, so don't be put off if you're a beginner of any age. Friendly staff, stacks of supplements and foods for your post workout protein needs.

Positive experience: Fab gym, plenty of equipment and friendly staff. Good atmosphere with gym users and staff. Having a female only room helps when first starting or full time if you dont want to be on the mixed side. I dont use them but there are sunbeds and a selection of supplements or pre/post workout products.

Fantastic experience: Ample Cardio, free weights and resistance machines. Good car parking. Cheap. Highly recommended. One minor downside is the lack of a water fountain.

Fantastic experience: Great gym Equipment is brilliant. Resistance machines in great condition and the dumbbells go up to 70kg. Have different variety of supplements. Staff are very friendly and will help you with any tips or advice in the gym if you feel like you don't know where to start.

Positive experience: I train many people around the leicestershire area. Within the Thurmaston / Syston area, this is one of the best facilitated gyms. Equipment is up to date and plentiful. The ladies only section of the gym is particularly appreciated by some of my clients. The general atmosphere is good, helped by friendly clientele and staff alike. A lot of my clients have become members; enjoying the facilities, long opening hours and low membership fees.
