Fantastic experience: I love this place! Sarah, Helen, and the whole team just go the extra mile! It’s a small, friendly and welcoming place to be, but above all they make it fun and you get results. I really enjoy the classes, but there’s also fabulous opportunities to book personal trainers, massage, beauty, singing, physio. I can’t recommend it highly enough. This is my second year of being a member and I will definitely continue to be part of this brilliant community of staff and members.

Fantastic experience: Helen and Sarah provide the best gym experience in Manchester, especially if you’re new to going to the gym like myself. This gym is unlike any other - fun-fuelled classes but also the consideration I’ve received with regards to my personal fitness journey has exceeded my expectations. Sarah has been so supportive and I feel in safe hands.

Fantastic experience: The BEST gym! I’ve been going to Little Box Gym for almost a year now. It has been the best thing I’ve done since moving to Manchester. I never thought I would find joy in going to the gym but thanks to the lovely team at Little Box Gym this has changed! It is the most welcoming and friendly gym - I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone, whether you’re a beginner or experienced there’s something for everyone.

Fantastic experience: I go to weekly classes at Little Box Gym and love the supportive inclusive environment, everyone encouraging and supporting eachother to work towards and achieve their goals..... I have also just attended the community Carol Concert that they put on. What a JOYFUL event! Completely free of charge, people from all walks of life coming together to sing and share some Christmas kindness. What a gift to the community Little Box Gym is. Thank you!!!!

Fantastic experience: Compact but has everything you need. Great gym, friendly atmosphere and plenty of equipment. Highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to exercise and take classes away from the masses

Fantastic experience: Fantastic little gym. Welcoming and inclusive environment. Gym is small, friendly and affordable - what is not to love. Instructors are extremely supportive and members all encourage one another.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly, supportive gym. Love going for the classes. Spin and Box Fit are my favourites. Sarah is very welcoming, chatty and beginner friendly. Saba is really good at pushing everyone to what is hard for them. FitSteps with Racheal is a really fun dance fitness class where it doesn't feel like exercise. Also recommend Strengthen Up with Helen for low weight, very focused conditioning.

Fantastic experience: Lovely and welcoming staff. Good selection of classes for all abilities. In the warmer months many classes are held outside. Great value membership deals. Small but perfectly suitable equipment room with up-to-date equipment. A superb little gym all round.

Positive experience: Good staff and initiative, but lacks too many equipments, its good for normal exercise and fitness oriented people.
