Fantastic experience: This gym is outstanding! It’s an old-school bodybuilding weightlifting gym with a good vibe that’s hard to beat. The atmosphere is no-nonsense and focused, perfect for serious lifters. The equipment is top-notch and well-maintained, ideal for pushing your limits. The staff and members are knowledgeable and always ready to help. It’s a place where hard work and dedication are respected and encouraged. Recommend it to anyone serious about their training.

Fantastic experience: Recent member of the gym and before starting the gym i had read up on the reviews and the only one negative that stood out was the music and let me tell you, you rather have music playing in the back then hearing weights slam on the floor for a example also good to know theres good music playing just incase i have forgotten my head phones that day . You have to Try the sauna out wow after work outs its amazing and theres a good amout of exercise equipment there i would pick this gym over PURE GYM / JD GYM which i was a recent member of.

Negative experience: The gym has good weights but management is poor, weights llok like they haven't been maintained in a while and the management seems poor to me. It's not a place I feel comfortable in because the vibe can be sometimes competition heavy. Can't wait for my subscription to end.

Fantastic experience: This gym is usually quiet but can be packed out sometimes. Full of knowledge and kind people, also beast can be kind and helpful with your training. Like I was doing wrong workout, somebody comes in and corrected me properly and was helpful about it which motivated me to work harder.
