Fantastic experience: I've been a member for over a year and love it! The facilities are always clean, with a great variety of equipment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the personal trainers are fantastic. There's a real sense of community here, making every visit enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Positive experience: Decide to give a different gym go for a change of scenery. Has a great cafe, and the changing rooms were clean and well proportioned. The floor itself is a large space filled with lots of excellent machines, although many were tired and in need of a repair/replacement. Of the treadmills, three would not work. Lots of easy parking. For the monthly cost I am not sure it represents good value; there are cheaper gyms that are more up to date in terms of equipment.

Negative experience: Gym is reasonable for the price but most cardio equipment is old, damaged and broken. It’s a good facility for weigh training but rubbish for anything else.

Positive experience: £10 for a daypass, £45 for a month I believe. So many machines, and they have a food station there for any shakes or even chicken if you want I would argue there’s slightly TOO many machines, and if you’re here for the first time it’s a bit difficult to understand where everything is, especially how there’s 2 floors. The free weights is a bit underwhelming, bench is rubbish material, squat racks are meh, bars are frequently bent, and there’s no powerlifting bars. The weights are also quite scattered around the place. Finding matching pairs is tough, but I guess people use them for machines so it doesn’t really matter Staff are nice and people had good vibes as well Good for bodybuilders, not good for powerlifters/strongman

Fantastic experience: Very good gym good atmosphere and the staff are nice and friendly. I like how the gym has a food bar also where they make shakes and eveything you need for the gym before a workout or after one. I wound say only thing they need to switch up is some of the old plates as they look like someone has been chewing on them apart from that I would highly recommend giving this gym a try.

Positive experience: Excellent premium equipment selection. Location is always clean and fresh with nice staff and members all around. However, some of the equipment is damaged such as the barebells and some plates are literally ripped. Would be nice to see some updated/new equipment for the price or some refits.

Negative experience: Speaking as someone that used to have a membership here when it was Muscleworks and loved it there unfortunately this gym doesn't meet the standards set by the old gym. Changing Room was messy, the gym itself didn't feel as clean as how it used to be under previous ownership.

Positive experience: Very good place, improved since the last time I came here. The only negatives are that the classes have all been cancelled due to lack of space. And even worse the steam room has been "out of order" for over a year, but otherwise a very good gym with a wide selection of equipment for must about every part of your body

Positive experience: Used to Love it here felt so friendly and all the staff are great. But ever since it got taken over a few years back the prices have just gone up and up. And still there bits of equipment that have bits falling off of them or sensors not working. Something doesn't add up. Also for years the weights have been impossible to read the kg and have needed replacing but nothing gets done

Fantastic experience: This is a top class gym, really happy with the changes made to make this gym covid secure with the temperature checks on arrival, the capacity limit so that social distancing can be maintained and the cleaners who work tirelessly disinfecting and wiping down the equipment. They now serve food which i need to try one day but looks good from I've seen others eat.

Negative experience: What gym opens at 6.30. What about the people that like to train before work

Fantastic experience: If you're serious about your body, this is the place to be. It's a well run no BS old skool gym. The overpriced chains could really learn a thing or two from a gym as this. If you don't feel empowered like Rocky every time you walk in there, regardless of body type and gender, I don't know what gym would motivate you to get in or stay in shape. It's clean, very well equipped and run. My only gripe has nothing to do with the gym, but some other gym goers not putting weights back after use, but that really isn't an issue. For those who may feel self-conscious, don't be, you're there for a reason and everyone else is too concerned with themselves to be looking at anyone else, I can say though members are helpful to one another and have no problem helping or offering advice.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Gym, one of the best in London. Loads of equipment, all in good condition, plus plenty of space, so even when its busy, it doesn't feel too crowded. Best of all, this is a proper gym with lots of free weights (although quite a few machines too) that will appeal to bodybuilders and powerlifters, however it is also welcoming and friendly for newbies. Staff are experienced and helpful. Parking is limited but available, public transport links are good.
