From the moment I joined, I’ve been impressed by the friendly and welcoming atmosphere, as well as the well-maintained facilities. The gym is open 24/7, which is perfect for fitting workouts into a busy schedule. Whether it’s an early morning session or a late-night workout, Snap Fitness provides the flexibility I need. The staff are approachable and helpful, always available to answer questions or provide guidance when needed. The equipment is modern, plentiful, and caters to all fitness levels. There’s a great mix of cardio machines, free weights, and strength training equipment, so it’s easy to switch up workouts and keep things interesting. I’ve never had to wait long for machines, even during peak hours. One of the standout features for me is the functional training area, which has everything from kettlebells to battle ropes. The gym has a great vibe, very clean and never too busy which suits me with my anxiety. The staff are incredible, super friendly, and always willing to answer any query I may have. Each visit is a pleasure!

Positive experience: Awesome gym. Very clean, good equipment, never overly busy and helpful staff functional area upstairs is very cool. Would be 5 star but it is always boiling in there - not sure the air-con is on at all but definitely needs turning up!

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym. Open 24 7 , it's exactly what you want from a 24 7 gym. I go to train later in the day ( after 21:00) and irs always chill atmosphere. Equipment does the job. Showers do the job. Perfect for what I need it ... to have a run and do some resistance training

Fantastic experience: I really like this gym. Staff are lovely, it’s quite and clean with a good range of weights.There isn’t a tonne of kids here using up all the machines whilst on their phones which was a problem at my last gym and people are just cracking with their workouts instead of peacocking! If I had one ask it would be for a 15kg barbell just because the grip is easier for ladies. But that’s it.

Fantastic experience: Great local gym, well equipped with friendly and helpful staff. My only recommendation is that they change the showers to be temperature adjustable.

Positive experience: A fairly decent gym experience here. Very clean and tidy and it's fairly new with great facilities. Wasn't overly busy even at peak times. It's not very big and my only issue was that I felt like there was a lack of equipment. I think there were a few machines missing. But still a solid gym I would consider training there if I don't find anything better.

Fantastic experience: I had a free trial today and I can tell you that this gym's equipment is state-of-the-start. I really got stunned by the variety and conditions of it. The gym is also very clean and has a nice vibe. Finally I want to say thank you to Tammi for her great customer service. I'll be joining it soon.

Negative experience: Lack of respect, messy management and too much gossip in this gym. I was in this gym for 8 months from their day 1, never rated. I’m surprise how people with just 1 week rate them 5 stars. Of course, everyone who wants your money will be laughing and friendly to you. Shim the owner arrived more than 10 minutes late to my complimentary personal training session. However, when I was 5 minutes late to a class, I was already replaced for a “trial” person. Then they say there isn’t a “grace period” for lateness, then in their second email they say they have 5 minutes grace period…can you decide what kind of policies you have please? This just shows the mess of management is this gym. They don’t care if you face traffic, job or kids which is not easy to manage. This gym is not a place to relax and work out your body and mind but a military barrack or a job. After complaining about this, I was shouted at in front of the pump trainer, Peter, to leave the gym at the end of the month by Trey (receptionist). He laughed at my face a few times spitting at my face while he was talking (so disgusting). So, I asked for a refund to leave the gym straight away, but he denied. After a couple of emails where I expressed how rude, unfair they were being, they let me come to the gym, spending money and time, for a class so Trey could have the pleasure to ban me from the gym without any previous email/notice. I have the emails where I asked them to give me the refund, so I didn’t have to come back to such unpleasant gym and look at that rude and disgusting receptionist. Trey (receptionist), even said people talked about me, which shows the gossips about member’s life, or maybe I was famous and didn’t know! He also accused me of being late in every class which is a lie! The gym I’m now, they NEVER replace a booked member for anybody else. There are penalties if we don’t show up for no reason but never if we are late, the booked class is always ours. Answering your reply: My feedback is to help other people to be aware of their choices, telling them what happens there, what they will find and expect at that gym and take a conscious choice. Unfortunately, you are lying again, you don’t welcome constructive feedback, just the positive ones given by members with just a few days or weeks. The real ones, given for members who were in that gym for months you name them as “fake”, “attacks”, “untruths”, “tarnish the exceptional reputation”. Congratulations for a such inclusive gym and apologise my healthy goals don’t involve being overweight as other member also said here on the reviews. When I go to a gym, I expect to find fit and healthy lifestyle coaches and not overweight coaches as you have there (note: overweight is not a prejudice word but a medical term used to describe people as your pump coach). You Shim, the owner of that gym, asked me on first days to inform you if there was something wrong. I sent you all the emails to her knowledge, but you NEVER answered just ignored me! I don’t know why you are answering me now! Because it’s public and for show off? I could see the pleasure when you said “as you were banned from the club” when I asked for the refund of the rest of the month and you denied to give it to me. I needed to threaten to call the police if I was harassed again by your receptionist Trey for you to give me the money you owe me. So, thanks so much for having banned me as it was what I had asked you previously. I tried to upload the email, but Google blocked it, so I could show to everyone how you lie. Stop Lying! Just lies at the beginning to get money from us and then no respect at all, laughing, gossiping, joking, spitting and shouting to members in front of others, it is what you advocate. Everyone read all the negative feedback your “exceptional reputed gym” has in less than a year. Ando stop email me with your promotions and activities, I'm not interested at all. Thanks.

Negative experience: Been here for a couple of months signed up for a boxing class, instructor didn’t show when I asked a member of staff he made me follow him to find another staff member neither of them knew anything about the class despite it being on the app. I made it clear I was annoyed and left and could Hear them laughing about me after decided to cancel my membership due to this and also finding a gym that’s cheaper and offers the same things I went into let them know the first member of staff what sitting watching videos on his phone and called someone else over who said I need to email. The email address he gave doesn’t even exists and just keep bouncing back when I try to call to get the right email no answers the phone managed to find it online and it was no where close to what he gave me the staff here are incompetent, rude and stuck up.

Negative experience: This is not a good gym at all. I had a trial on Wednesday but then I changed the trial to another day because I didn't feel motivated when I saw an overweight coach, which should not be an example for a gym. Then I had that trial on a different day but the environment was awful, receptionists talk about other people's lives and are rude to other members. I am now in a much better gym. I can see by your reply that you simply do not accept honest reviews. My review is not offensive. I just never felt inclusive there. You say you ban members because of offensive language like mine but my language is not offensive at all. This just shows how rude and impolite you are. Your answer talks for itself .

Negative experience: Disgusting! I walked in with a friend who just wanted to join and get information. It was told to us that we could get 1 month half price if we rated the gym on Google 5 stars. In fact, it is really uncommon for people with 1 week, 2 weeks , without time to assess the gym are giving 5 stars! They clearly buy this fake rating The guy in the Recep was trying to be funny and friendly to buy good reviews. Ridiculous and outrageous Obviously, we're against this and now we are not joining at snapfitness Eltham UK. It's the correct location.

Fantastic experience: Great Gym, Local and open 24/7 which is amazing especially when you have a random schedule like mine! It's kept very clean and the staff are super friendly it's a little on the small side so when it gets busy being able to use certain equipment can take a while but I would still Highly recommend this gym!!!

The centre looked clean, tidy and everything looked new. Trey was very knowledgeable about the centre and a great salesman. He seemed always happy to help and I signed up for a membership. Can’t wait to start

Fantastic experience: The five star reviews are deserved, despite what Marie O said below. There are cleaning products available on both levels. There are hand-sanitising stations. I go to the gym between 4pm and 8pm weekdays, and sporadically at the weekend, with no issue about seeing a member of staff. The gym has been open some months now, and I remain pleased with the service, equipment and facilities. Despite the membership clearly growing, and many from Eltham Centre cropping up here, there's been no negative change. Suggestions have been made here and there (shower mat, shelf in the shower area) and they have both happened. There are mirrors outside the shower rooms which have those fancy GHD straighteners and hair driers - I don't see a need for that to be private - it hasn't been in any other gym I have been to in the UK. Keep it up.

Fantastic experience: Snap Fitness is one of the best gyms I've been too. The staff are so polite, informative and are just a pleasure to be around. I love the high tech equipment and its very spacious. Compared to the other gyms I've signed too, which is quite alot I would say this is the best so far. I would also like to add its not as costly as other gyms I've been too and they encourage fitness as well as having fun.

Negative experience: It is a bit suspicious that all the reviews are practically perfect but I know of people who had difficulties with this facility just like I did. The quality of the gym is 5 stars. The facility looks nice and the equipment is new but there are issues that I found concerning which took away from a 5 star review. It took me 3 weeks before I was able to get a key card due to changing staff hours and no staff being there during posted staffed hours. I was not happy that I paid for half a month of membership that I couldn't use plus an additional week because of their staffing issues. The facility does not provide adequate cleaning products to wipe down used machines nor are there sufficient hand sanitising dispensers. There are no dedicated mens or womens locker rooms. There are a couple of toilets, 3 showers and a shared vanity which face the workout area so expect no privacy. For the amount they charge for membership, you would like to think they would provide members with basic cleaning products and a bit of customer service.

Fantastic experience: Before writing the review I made contact with the staff on site with regards to future equipment and the gyms plans. I got an email back straight away telling me about what's coming and the future plans. From what I've used and scene so far the gym is good, has great atmosphere and friendly staff. I for one cannot wait for what's coming. Watch this space, you will not be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: I only joined last week but really like this gym. There is lots of space which is great and a good sized studio. There are lots of different classes on a Saturday which suits me well, and the spin class with Danny is a lot of fun.

Fantastic experience: Such a lovely gym. All the staff are really friendly and approachable. Shim, the owner is really big on female body positivity and really motivates and inspires all us ladies. The Female Body Fatloss Camp and Mental toughness classes are brilliant, the atmosphere is great and there is no judgment, everyone supports each other. I’d recommend the gym to anyone, but especially women who lack confidence in the gym and want to build a positive body image.x

Fantastic experience: Came here today for a trial with hopes of joining and getting back into fitness. I haven’t worked out in a very long time so naturally I felt intimidated being back in a gym space again, but the guys at the desk were so welcoming and encouraging! Answered all of my questions and made me feel more at ease. The gym itself is nice and clean and appears to have all of the equipment I should need. I also loved the studio space. I can’t wait to pick back up my fitness journey here!

Fantastic experience: From the minute I arrived I felt welcome and supported in my aims to get fit and in shape. The equipment is clean and covers the whole range of workouts. Although clearly a popular gym, there is always equipment available and everyone is friendly and united in their individual goals of fitness. I also enjoy the added benefit of the virtual classes.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I’ve ever been to. State of the art equipment, and more than enough so you are never waiting for anything. Also the cleanest gym I’ve seen. I have been at various times of the day from early morning to late afternoon and there is always someone there cleaning so it’s permanently spotless. Scented plugs means no nasty gym smell! Studio that if there are no classes you’re able to go in and use their iPad to access a range of classes for all abilities to be played on the giant screen at the front. you basically get your own personal class in a large room with every piece of equipment you could need. Come summer there is also going to be a functional training area outside - perfect for people that want to mix things up or, like me, are training for an outdoor obstacle course race. And the staff are by far the friendliest and most helpful I’ve come across in a gym. I would 110% recommend!

Fantastic experience: I joined Snap Fitness Eltham when they opened and I have loved it. The gym is open 24hrs which is perfect for me, I usually go at 5am and it has been great I feel very safe. All the equipment in the gym is brand new, and the gym is very clean and spacious - there is an upstairs with a studio and spinning area. I have only tried 2 classes and they were both great. Everyone who works there is very friendly specially Shim - she is pregnant and yet still rocking the classes.

Im not really comfortable at the gym, and one of the reasons is because I usually have no idea on how to use half of the equipment lol, but when the staff are there, they are always willing to help and show you, and the owners are visible and helpful as well. You can see they genuinely care about people’s fitness goals and not just a ‘business’, because they are always asking about how they can better their services. Ive been to a few classes which were all intimate and great, I’ve also started PT lessons which has left me feeling more confident than before. The owner also has a strong interest in women’s strength training/ weight lifting and theres a separate section for women to train at the back of the gym, as well as classes to boost confidence which has really encouraged me. I honestly cannot recommend this gym enough! Xx

Fantastic experience: Went to snap fitness for a upperbody class and it was great the instructor Shim was encouraging and knowledgeable, the gym has lots of great equipment and different areas to train, can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic experience: Customer service was great on my first visit, which has followed through ever-since. The staff have always been willing to assist and are really friendly, which is really important in such a setting. So far I have done spin class, kickboxing class and used the gym floor. The classes were good and I can not wait to do more xx.
