F45 Training Newbury

Negative experience: Very sad to see F45 close in Newbury but even worse I paid for a Full year membership and only used 4 months. No contact from anyone from F45 Newbury very disappointing! The most expensive 4 month gym membership I have ever had!

Fantastic experience: I’ve visited a number of F45 studios in different countries and have to say Gemma and her team are definitely up there as one of the best. Always such a friendly & warm welcome, coaches that understand injury and provide alternatives as well as pushing you to give your best each session. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Fantastic experience: Really friendly gym, all the staff are lovely, the owner is a brilliant. The classes are challenging but fun and they cater for all levels of fitness. Stop reading my review and give it a go already.

Fantastic experience: I love HIIT workouts and weights- and F45 does it brilliantly! Every session is different and you push yourself physically and mentally in each workout. The instructors are all wonderful and help you along the way! They provide loads of support, tips to improve your form, and keep you smiling! I’m only two weeks in and I feel myself getting stronger

Fantastic experience: Gemma and the entire F45 team are amazing and were unbelievably supportive in getting me back into training following surgery, and low on confidence. Session by session, they helped build me up and got me back to a much better level of fitness, in a welcoming and friendly space AND all within weeks! Couldn't recommend them highly enough - and even though the sessions are tough, its a blast and the 45 minutes just flies by with the team pushing you and helping you all the way!

Fantastic experience: Love it! Gemma and the team are all amazing and just all so lovely. This is a great class concept and really makes you work hard. Workouts are all so varied so keep you on your toes and there is no getting bored while 45 mins flies past!

Fantastic experience: Variety is the spice of life! Every F45 class is different so it's fun and it ensures no muscle group gets neglected. There's not a mirror in sight so if you're a poser this gym's not for you but if you want to get fit and strong the coaches, who are really friendly, will push you as hard as you want to be pushed.
