Negative experience: Its very expensive gym as compare to other areas, I would recommend to go Surbiton for less money and great value for money.

Positive experience: Big gym with plenty of equipment. Changing rooms not always the best, but that's down to the people using them. Could do with spending some money on toilets and showers

Fantastic experience: Great Place.Wide range of sport tools helps you do any exercise at any time. I started using the gym last year and since then there were barely any occasions which it was closed. You could also use it 24 hours which was the best option for me as I am night person.

Negative experience: This Gym discriminate women, they allows trans identifying men into women space. Just self ID. Appr. 93 % of trans identifying men have intact genitals. Gym policy is against Equality act which say women can not be discriminated. Women safety means nothing to them. They tell women if they dont feel comfortable in women changing room because men is there, women can go and change in disabled toilet. So women rights are again suppressed by men who just say he is a woman. Women hating culture. This is horrendous.

Negative experience: Avoid This Gym at All Costs I strongly advise against joining this gym. For three months, I frequented this facility because it was conveniently accessible by bike, and they had a bike rack at the entrance. However, I received an email warning me that I could no longer park my bike there, and if I violated this rule again, my membership would be canceled. This forced me to switch to another gym in the same chain. Unfortunately, this led to another issue: when I tried to cancel my membership, they charged me for an extra month. I have detailed this experience in a review for their Southfields location as well. Read that review too and be extremely cautious if you have no other options but to deal with this gym chain. Their poor customer service and deceptive practices make them a gym to avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Cameron was lovely and very informative today , he really made me feel confident in achieving my goals and was extremely supportive, I feel he is an asset to the company !

Negative experience: Pestering staff, they kicked me out the gym for wearing a Shirt and a tie. Or threatened me to cancel my membership. Meanwhile they think it’s acceptable to wear short thin revealing clothes.

Negative experience: Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience with this gym. The hygiene level in the gym is appalling. I got massive respiratory infection because of their dirty air con system , not to mention how always dirty the floors and training mats and carpet. When I mentioned this, they just completely ignored it, and I requested to cancel my membership before the collection date yet they haven’t even refunded me for the whole inconvenience. Absolutely awful service and dirty gym

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Great people. Have been doing small group training on Sundays with Jack Pursey (Mobility) as well as Flexistretch. I’m doing free weights 3x per week and classes on Sunday. Incredible value.
