Hi we will make sure your fitness is good and train you according to your ability and once you are ready and want to you can compete in contests. You can just come for fitness as well you dont have to fight or compete, but we will still teach you all the skills to self defence
Fantastic experience: Attended the ladies only boxing class and it was really good. The instructor pushes you to do your best and work hard. Great for wanting to learn boxing and improve fitness.

Negative experience: My children came here and felt it was a waste of time no boxing more jogging so I will rate what I feel.
