Fantastic experience: Having recently changed Crossfit gyms, I can highly recommend Aeternum Crossfit. The coaches are awesome, the members are brilliant and so supportive of eachother. The programme is tough, but with lots of variety and it caters for all abilities. Overall, a great place to workout, get in shape (or an even better shape!) and make some friends along the way!
