Fantastic experience: an amazing gym i was lost on how to use a piece of equipment at the gym when i saw a worker walking round, oli he showed me how to use the machine and showed me the proper technique 10/10 service what a lovely lad

Fantastic experience: Compass is a great gym. It has a fantastic range of equipment, really friendly people and it’s accessible with my wheelchair. There are a great range of motivating instructors- it’s pretty perfect for me.

Fantastic experience: Super friendly and not intimidating :) I've been put off going to other gyms due to the looks you get when going in or just the unfriendly vibe that seems to be in the air.... But not here! There's always a smiling face when you go in, all the staff are knowledgeable and very friendly. Even the other members are friendly and helpful. I don't think I'll be going anywhere else :)

Fantastic experience: The gym has a good selection of equipment including cardio, free weights and machines and also has space for floor exercises. There is a good selection of classes available and the atmosphere is not intimidating. The staff are really friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. Male changing rooms are clean, tidy and well equipped.

Positive experience: Very good choice of equipment. Good balance between weights and machines. Very clean and not sweaty/smelly. Could turn the piped music down as everyone listens to their own music anyway.

Fantastic experience: Good atmosphere and plenty of equipment. Not an intimidating place like some gyms can be. Excellent changing facilities. If you're into lifting or cardio there's something here for you. My only gripe is people don't put the weights back after using them

Fantastic experience: Gym is full of friendly people and quite a relaxed atmosphere, you are left to get on and work out as you wish or if you want assistance and a plan, they offer that too.
