Fantastic experience: Compello is a fantastic gym with extremely knowledgeable and supportive coaches. The small environment works well for me: the team are very attentive (and patient!) and adapt exercises, if necessary, to match my level of ability - I feel encouraged, informed and supported every step of the way. I might not be the strongest person in the world BUT I am getting stronger and my mental health, sleep quality and confidence have improved since joining. Thank you team Compello (including its lovely members) for looking after me - you’ve made me feel so welcome and transformed my view on fitness. Negative experience: Such a shame. Started as a local gym concept with small group training . Great community feel. Suddenly increasing costs by 60% per month?!? Nope - not worth £156.00 - £200 per month I am afraid .

Fantastic experience: The best gym experience you could ever have. Small group training with the best coaches who create a really friendly and sociable community. They are really knowledgeable and have helped with injury management, all round fitness and loads of nutrition advice which has helped me to lose weight and get so much fitter. Everyone is made to feel welcome at Compello and it’s the best place to go for an enjoyable way of getting fitter. Highly recommended

I’ve been going here since I turned 40 I’m now 44 and never felt fitter and stronger! Try it you won’t be disappointed!!

Fantastic experience: Lovely place lovely people, I am in to week 2 of the trial and am loving it, you have an initial assessment and then during the trial they work on your strength, technique and overall fitness. The gym is a busy gym and has people of all abilities who really help you out. So glad I decided on this Gym having researched others these are by far the best fit for me.
