Fantastic experience: I joined Horizon just over a year ago and use the gym most days. The gym is well kept and always clean. The staff are super friendly and welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble. The team itself get on really well and there's always a lovely vibe

Fantastic experience: Excellent outfit. Clean premises, friendly folks, nice pool and sauna. Getting in and out of the premises could be a challenge on busy days. Don’t forget to book and pay for parking!

Negative experience: No response from A kidgell (o 2 e mails sent over 3 days) doing gym membership not very professional. Staff today didn't even know who she was. Swimming pool not accessible and won't ever be

Fantastic experience: The Horizon is a very good Gym. It has plenty of equipment to use for a variety of exercises and all are new. Very smart and stylish inside helps the gym look modern and has a friendly and chilled atmosphere.

Positive experience: Modern gym, great equipment and looks lovely. Unfortunately already too many members for peak times, extremely difficult to get a space in the free weights section, needs to be a little bit bigger. Also, extremely difficult to do hip thrusts, no space is allocated to do these and benches cannot be moved into a suitable location as any extra floor space is the only walk way. Changing rooms have hairdryers and straighteners which is amazing, but the floor tends to be always wet from showers and the smell of the toilets linger in the changing rooms. However, all in all, it’s a really great gym if you would like to come off peak.

Negative experience: No junior memberships! Wow. I’ve purposely held off joining another gym since the Sports Direct closure so I could sign up with my 15 year old only to be told “we don’t cater for juniors”. Such a disappointment.
