Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym, fully equipped and excellent variety of classes. Body blitz on a Thursday evening is my favourite thing, but a very close second is the all day breakfast and caramel latte from the cafe.

Fantastic experience: Great chicken curry and Cauliflower rice. Had an impromptu meal whilst waiting for my daughter's Kick boxing class to end. Will certainly be having another next time

Had PT sessions with Dan who I would thoroughly recommend his knowledge and experience are excellent and he trains you in a way that means you understand what you are doing and can continue without him present.
