Fantastic experience: My 7 year old and I liked it, we got braver as time progressed but unfortunately my 5 year old didn't, I don't think he was a fan. It's a good set up and the staff are all really good. I can definitely recommend it, providing that your children will get brave.

Fantastic experience: 6 year old son loves it. Can do all the easy and half the medium difficulty walls. Food is great especially the pizza.

We had an amazing time and he loved it and i felt totally involved to gain his confidence - Its so well run with wonderful staff, The café area is very nice and the whole place is immaculate and so well run . Fantastic experience: We came here last week with some adults and a 3 year old and were worried about the reviews for little ones. BUT my 3yo loved it! the safety instructions were great, the staff were on hand to help, and my 3yo did much better than me, who was too scared to let go and absail down! You have to judge it for yourself and your own child. I have a daredevil who is cautious but adventurous. and slowly slowly he went higher and higher. There are 3-4 walls for the little ones and to be honest that was fine for an hour. Loved it and hope to be back! wish there were other places like this that catered for little ones! thanks!

Fantastic experience: Food, one of the best gluten free pizza's we've had anywhere. Super helpful and friendly staff doing everything to help despite being very very busy. Much recommend for the climbing and pizza. Top notch experience and some very good climbing for both juniors and adults alike. AAA+ experience. Visited today 7th August 2024 first 10am session and will definitely be going again.

Fantastic experience: A really good, well run place, which the kids loved! They manage the numbers well so the kids got a chance to have a few turns on everything too. Cafe in site was really good, and the coffee was excellent. That's rare for these kinds of places in my experience. Would very highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Great fun, very safe, lots of levels for different climbers (i.e. adults and their kids!), think about what shoes to wear because you don't get any rental shoes - you climb in what you go there in. It's quite warm so maybe bring a water bottle. Free lockers for valuables, nice caf for a snack or ice cream afterwards. Good staff. Do it!

Fantastic experience: Visited clip and climb today with my 7 & 11 year olds, it's a stock rainy day activity for us and always a winner. Great selection of climbing walls, helpful and responsible staff, good fun and for me it's a great workout! I've still not conquered the Triffid though... Maybe next time.

Negative experience: The food took 25 minutes to make and the serving lady didn’t even know what the menu was. I asked for butter 3 times and when I got it my jacket potato didn’t even have butter on it. At the end of our time. This one worker pulled me down the stairways to heaven ride he pulled me off it. I told the worker I could do it myself but he did it and dragged me to the exit. It was a man with really long hair. I know you don’t want people to do this so can you speak to your team.

Fantastic experience: Must say although the kids had fun climbing and jumping down safely, the REAL EXCITEMENT WAS THE KITCHEN! I cannot explain the quality of food here! Unbelievable! Served my David, we got a pizza and wow was it amazing! I saw someone opposite my table order a pizza and it looked mouthwatering! When I ordered it, first bite confirmed my instincts! One of the best pizzas I’ve had! Had a real authentic Italian taste with a hint of garlic just to make it that much nicer! Couldn’t stop eating! These guys need to be on Uber Eats because I’d order food from here when I’m home! Huge thank you to the lovely staff and keep up the hard work!

The guys that work there are very friendly they made sure we understand the health and safety procedures. Negative experience: Good climbing but way too busy! Me and my cousin lined up for stairway to heaven for 20 minutes and some kids had 3 goes. We had been lining up for 15 mins when they called our wristband to come off we were near the front. A man came up to us while I was getting hooked in saying that we had to get off and Ï explained it to him and he said I could get on BUT MY COUSIN COULDNT. Then continued to show us where to go to get our harness off. ALSO we got booked in for briefing at 2:00 and climb at 3 told to arrive early so came at 1:45. Lined up at 1:55 and had our harnesses on and they told us to take them off because we were here “too early “ ( 5 mins early)BAD EXPERIENCE

Positive experience: Visited for a party, it's a good place but the staff can be slow at serving and will stand and have conversations whilst there is a queue waiting to be served. The party food was ok, basic pizzas and veg sticks. Children enjoyed it and is a good place to hold a party.

Fantastic experience: My 5 year old loves the facilities. Er confiden e has feown ams ahe can climb the stairway to heaven (i think that's what its called) The climbing equipment is friendly for most ages and a great cafe with good food.

Fantastic experience: Really good fun for everyone, you don't need any climbing experience, you get a safety briefing and there's loads of qualified staff on hand to help you. Didn't order food but i did buy a slushie to cool me down! Loved it, I'm definitely going back!!

Fantastic experience: We recently booked a party session for my daughters 8th birthday which was thoroughly enjoyed all round. It’s a brilliant facility with a good variety of climbs and a reassuring approach to safety. The staff on the day were all brilliant; helpful, friendly, a real credit to the business. An absolute first class experience from the restaurant to the climbing zone to the post-climb party room. Looking forward to our next visit.

Fantastic experience: Had my daughter's 11th birthday party here (and a previous party a couple of years ago), and it was great! They all had a fantastic time climbing, even the kids who didn't have much previous experience (but still with plenty of challenges for the more seasoned climbers!), and they enjoyed the pizzas (which seemed fairly good quality). The party room upstairs is nicely decorated, spacious & well lit, with a sofa and spare chairs for parents to sit on, and a sink. A knife and lighter are supplied for your birthday cake. Staff are fairly helpful and the manager was very friendly. All in all, I'd highly recommend this place for a birthday party.

Fantastic experience: The kids had a great time. Lots to climb and big slide that looked fun that you could pay for(a bit in the pricey side). Good safety it seemed and staff friendly and helpful. Cafe is good with a view of the climbers. I had a coffee whilst I worked using the free WiFi and the pizzas looked nice. Worth a visit.

Fantastic experience: Been here today with my son who is visually impaired and I can't not praise the staff more from when we arrived being shown onto the arena floor, to them supporting him with climbing to even allow me to climb to help boost my sons confidence. All the staff were understanding and just amazing will definitely be returning with my son again as it was all so inclusive for him. Great work clip and climb team keep it up.

Positive experience: Great climbing, great fresh baked pizza, burgers and drinks. Happy staff help and advise climbers with harnessing and best way to attack a climb Just a little short on seating. Get there early for the best chance of a seat if you are spectating.

Fantastic experience: Can only go by word of mouth for the facilities but told very good. Called into buy vouchers for nieces Christmas present who had visited previously. Turns out can only be done online but friendly member of staff on the front desk and the pizza smell coming from the cafe was great.

Positive experience: My 5 year old had a really good time, but it was so busy and we often had to queue for a wall to clip and climb. We went on a weekend and I was told its always that busy. Good fun though, really enjoy clip and climb.

Positive experience: Taken my 7yo a few times, she loves it! They’ve recently started allowing toddlers as well which is great. Good cafe. Loses a star just because the safety briefing stuff tends to take absolutely ages.

Fantastic experience: Visited on a Sunday at the beginning of November for 5 children for my sons 10th birthday on . Had a brilliant time and although I had sent an email late asking for a table to be reserved they couldn't have been more accommodating. Friendly helpful staff and really safe and good fun had by everyone. Lovely coffee shop too. Will definitely be back

Fantastic experience: Really good place for climbing with kids. Be away there is a 30 minute period to get set up before the hour session starts. There are some decent challenges for experienced climbers as well.

We came with my nephew who is autistic and after reading a feedback from someone else who's been with autistic child we were a bit apprehensive, how wrong we were!!! Lovely approach, I can't complement your staff enough!!! Patient ,kind and very understanding. Sister in law was approached by staff on numerous occasions to make sure my nephew was comfortable with music ,lights....everything!!! I can't thank you enough guys for your understanding!!! Great atmosphere- We will definitely come again!

Fantastic experience: Fabulous after school session. Enthusiastic and reassuring safety talk by Alex. Daniel was fantastic, allowing adults to climb by encouraging, teaching and assisting children without having to be asked for help. He seemed to be everywhere at once and his calm and approachable manner was perfect for the kids.

Fantastic experience: Really great place with reasonable pricing and plenty of variety. Clean and tidy and the staff go above and beyond to be helpful.

Positive experience: Turned up early as required for the 1130 slot. Didn't get on till 1230 as they didn't have enough harnesses for us! They did compensate us with two tokens on the vertical slide thing to a value of £5 though. It is really fun though and really knackering! 23.66s to get up there was a good time though! (see pic)

Fantastic experience: Fantastic place for the kids to let of steam, you get an hours session after your safety induction, we found this to be of bigger size compared to some other venues, they also have the added option of a drop slide at £2.50 for two gos, a great addition to your day out, I would however after a certain amout of times visiting to bypass the safety briefing, once you seen it 3 times your practically a professional they could have a system wich allows this
