Fantastic experience: Yesterday I went to see Lee for a massage due to really bad Lower back pain! And I was very lucky to have the first Hot stone / deep tissue massage ! What an incredible massage I felt amazing afterwards and my back felt amazing! The hot stone and deep tissue worked really well together and I would definitely recommend it! Thank you so much Lee and I will be booking again very soon

Fantastic experience: Lee is professional yet allows you to build a relationship that helps you push yourself. I was uncomfortable with going to the gym and he has given me the information and motivation to go! Would recommend to anyone.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Lee! I have been training with Lee for a while and have lost over 5 inches of body fat and down 2 dress sizes!!! What with his deep tissue massage I have every 4 weeks I feel like a dream!!! Rock on Lee!!!

Fantastic experience: Lee is a great trainer, very professional and knowledgeable about health and fitness, if like myself you have not trained for a long time or ever! Lee will help you get on track and stay on track. I've made great progress with him that I would never do on my own in the gym. I went to Lee suffering with constant back pain also and Lee has devised a training program to strengthen my back to allow me to train and progress. I highly recommend him

Fantastic experience: Lee did a really good job. Helped in several areas. Was encouraging and friendly. Manages to put you through your paces without you resenting it. Tailored it around my specific strengths and weaknesses and built on both. All in all I’d highly recommend Lees services.
