Positive experience: The staff are friendly most welcomeing the people who train there are okay not all but some are I don't think I will be going back here again because i felt a bit uncomfortable there because ive seen certain people who try there that have bullied me in the past and makes me feel uncomfortable Training here

Fantastic experience: Old school gym. Some of the equipment is a bit faded, and there's a frustrating mix of pounds and kilograms, but there's a decent atmosphere, plenty of equipment and it's good value. You don't get places like this often these days.

Fantastic experience: If Carlsberg made gym's ot would probably be the best gym ️‍♀️ in the world . I trained here when Ken and Jeff owned the place. It's as impressive today as it was then. I'm about to start training there again. It is time to finish what I started 30 years ago. Nice 1 and well played Altered Images.

Fantastic experience: Lovely gym, full of welcoming and knowledgeable people, both staff and community, everyone always seems like they've got time to be friendly. The facilities are immaculate, especially after the recent redecoration (it was always clean, but now it looks really spanky too), and the machines are laid out really logically, so you can move around the body by moving between zones of the gym- as well as having proper old school free weights and mats and racks. I've been going for about fifteen years now, on and off, and it's just got a good atmosphere.

Negative experience: Used to be good until the new owners took over. These guys need a reality check. Gym needs as much as work doing as their attitude towards customers. Clearly in the wrong business

Negative experience: Really disappointed with the service. They have left anyone who paid in cash for a full year's membership of their now closed Calverley gym out of pocket. No offer if a refund despite a number of emails. I wouldn't use them ever again

Fantastic experience: Proper bodybuilding / weightlifting gym. The equipment varies from brand new to 60 years old, but is well maintained, including Nautilus equipment, etc. Better than Virgin, Fitness First, etc. for weights.
