Fantastic experience: Lovely little gym tucked away. Contacted the owner as we were there on a Sunday and he was more than accommodating. Really lovely place and will be back to train.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym I have ever been to. Being a larger lady it's nice not to be judged and feel comfortable in your surroundings. Peter Cox the owner is awesome and because of him I have started my weight loss journey and in the last 6 months I have been able to lose 20kg. If you want a gym and you are larger than average there will be no judgement. You will receive outstanding service and will be welcomed I promise. Fantastic experience: Dropped in to check out the gym after feeling disappointed with another local one we were trialing one evening last week, signed up for a couples year membership the following day! Great gym, quality equipment, the team really take pride in the gym and above all else the team couldn't make you feel more welcome if they tried! Would highly recommend.
