Negative experience: The gym itself is great, but the owner and one of the staff members are very unwelcoming, often coming across as patronising, rude, and obnoxious. The product prices are outrageous, and you're not allowed to bring your own drinks, BCAAs, or pre-workouts. The owner is always in a bad mood, and one staff member has made me uncomfortable with how he expresses himself about women.

Fantastic experience: Started using this Gym on recommendations following the sudden closure of my previous Gym. So glad I found it, nothing like the standard over populated local Gym's. This place is more muscle focused with a fantastic range of equipment and in the few months I have been coming here, my fitness and physique has improved dramatically. Members and staff also also friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. No judgement or shaming, we were all newbies once and the place is very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: To me, this is the greatest gym! Large number of machines to target every single muscle fibre in your body, plenty of cables, dumbbells that go up to I'm-never-gonna-be-liftin-that kgs, strongmen training equipment and a whole floor of legs only machines!!! That's squat racks, assisted back AND FRONT squat machines, leg presses, THREE leg extensions machines, THREE different calves raises machines and even a standing leg curls machine!! Cherry on the top... very traditional style gym

Negative experience: This is not gym, this is warehouse. Sumer time like sauna, winter time freezer and water. Can't take dunbblles and plates.Rust rust rust....
