Negative experience: This has been an ok local gym previously but as soon as we decided to move on problems started. When joining the gym I have not been told that you need to notify them a month before you quit. I have now been told that I owe them money and someone from the support team condescendingly told me it's not their fault I was not told this. They now keep spamming me with emails. Cancellation policies need to be communicated upfront with the customer and not buried somewhere in the contract you click a button to sign. Equipment is also run down and broken items take forever to be fixed. AVOID

Fantastic experience: Very happy with my choice for Snap Fitness, been with them for a year now, staff is super friendly, i would have to say especially Francesca, that welcomes everyone with a smile, she is very nice, approachable and helpful. There is a wide range of equipment and classes that you can chose from, there is basically everything for everyone. Facilities are clean and always smell nice. I feel so good after a great workout. I would also like to say thank you to all staff for the great work that they do, keep it going guys!

Positive experience: Due to work commitments, I can only work out at weird hours and so this being the only 24/7 gym in the area is a single most major win for me. That aside, the other great things about this place is that the staff are very friendly, acceptable wait times and not overcrowded, ample parking. On the not so great ... At £40 a month it is a bit steep and much more than other local gyms. There are some positives about the price, it is certainly not going to attract the younger instagram yobs as they'll probably go for cheaper alternatives like puregym. You can also easily bring a guest training buddy with you no problems and I've already mention it being 24/7. The equipment as few reviews mentioned is quite old and dated. Still functional but a few squeaks/rattles/wear-and-tear and not as smooth, sturdy and solid as it might once have been. They are currently doing a new year renovation and I just hope they replace some of the old equipment to make me feel a bit better about paying 40 quid a month.

Negative experience: Machines are run down and in poor state. When broken they take either months to fix or never get fixed. FACT! Every other snap location has had new machines and a been overhauled, except ebbsfleet. Disappointed as I have been a member for two years but definitely considering joining another gym. Which I really do not want to do as the atmosphere is ok here.

Positive experience: I usually visit at peak times 8:30PM onwards Mon-Fri and isn't as busy as other gyms - not much waiting and can get a good workout. I would say the equipment is slightly dated but this is acceptable as you get the time and space. A large gym and free parking. Weekend sessions in the evening are very quite.

Fantastic experience: Been a member for a couple of years now and the gym does everything well. Good equipment range, well maintained, regularly cleaned and plenty of parking. The few times there has been any kind of problem, it gets sorted out quickly with good communication about whats being done. This is an example of how a gym should be run.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training with Kiri for just over 3 months to get ready and in shape for my wedding day, and what can I say , she is just amazing! Even with having a very busy work life, Kiri has found a way for me to fit training into my schedule and stay super motivated to keep pushing each week.Since starting training with her I’ve never felt more motivated to work out. She’s punctual and organized during our sessions and makes each one fun and exciting! I do highly recommend her if you want to achieve your own fitness and health goal. Thank you Kiri!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve never had a personal trainer before and it’s something I’ve always wanted to do. I had previously spoken to male PTs and I just didn’t feel comfortable. Kiri is an amazing PT and I’ve gained so much confidence in the gym since doing my weekly sessions, even after the first session I felt the difference! I couldn’t recommend Kiri enough, not only does she do great sessions she makes sure to give advice on food and further exercise. It’s made such a difference to my life and I feel a million times better for it! Get booked in now!

Positive experience: New member to the gym and I’m happy with the range of equipment, friendly staff, location and ease of parking. Only thing bothering me and not letting me give 5 stars is the lack of air circulation in the gym. The gym catches a lot of natural light which is nice however, as it is approaching summer it feels like the gym is roasting. I have come at different times, morning, afternoon and evenings and I have only felt a small breeze of the ac once. Perhaps it is a way to cut costs, but maybe they need to look into a way to maybe tint the glass to reduce the sun or just put the ac on, I’m begging you! Apart from that, I’m happy.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been to lots of Gym’s over the years and what we like it’s personally subjective. However this gym is completely different the equipment is always working and refreshed which can be frustrating in previous Gym’s. The best part are the staff they are so friendly and helpful it’s just makes it much more personal and actually fun. Great atmosphere and some nice members I really rate this gym.

Fantastic experience: This is the best snapfitness I’ve been to. It is properly the biggest snapfitness. It has a massive array of equipment. There are multiple squat racks and a separate deadlifting platform which is a great touch. Sometimes the free weight area can get quite busy as there are only 4 benches. I have only been to this location a couple of times and the staff are lovely. This gym seems to have a great community spirit, in summer they open the doors in the weight section area and it reminds me of an old school body building gym. I’ve emailed staff about day passes to bring a friend and the manager was nice enough to offer my friend to try out the gym for free. Other snapfitness locations have ignored similar emails. All around great gym

Fantastic experience: I have just recently joined the gym for the first time in years due to having really bad anxiety. If it wasn't for Francessca giving me the walk round and making me feel welcome and relaxed I probably still wouldn't be coming to the gym everyday, so a massive thank you to Fran. Also I have had two PT sessions with Stuart who is absolutely amazing, he is really patient with me and makes me feel really relaxed and comfortable

The team at the gym are fantastic and approachable and always ready to help. The gym is clean and tidy. Equipment is rarely broken and when it is is fixed in a good time frame. I currently am coached online by James. His attention the detail is fantastic and allowed me to completely change my physique. Thank you, to all the Snap Team, keep up the great work.

Fantastic experience: I LOVE this gym! I’ve been going here a long time now and even with the new gyms opening at a lower price, I wouldn’t go anywhere else. The little bit extra is well worth it for the professional and friendly staff that clearly love their jobs and want to be there. You can also feel that the staff enjoy each others company which makes a big difference to the energy of the space. There is a mix of people which I love, all sizes and shapes. Different levels of fitness abilities and different goals, so whatever you go there for, you don’t feel out of place or under pressure to look or workout a certain way. I do classes, workout alone and I have PT with Kiri one of the members of staff there. Kiri makes me feel so comfortable, I never feel judged and I look forward to our sessions to get me back into a good mental state. She is reliable, knowledgeable and pushes me when I need it. All aspects of Snap are great. Shanie the yoga teacher is great too which as a yoga teacher myself I know it’s hard to find this level of teaching quality in a gym environment. Parking is easy, easy to get to from the A2 and M25. I rarely have to wait for weights or my bum get stared at when I’m doing Suat’s which is always a bonus in a gym! Highly recommend!!

My PT is Kiri and she is just amazing, i made a workout buddy and a friend, she is always listening to your needs and she will push u when u need it, which i appreciate it all the time!! Fantastic experience: Lovely spacious gym with a very good variety of equipment, even when it’s busy there’s so many machines & floor space to either use something else or set up a circuit in the free space. Very friendly vibe & all staff members are helpful, especially Kiri my personal trainer! She makes my training fun but gives me that push when needed, she’s definitely helped my confidence in the gym to get the best out of my workouts! Can’t thank her enough. ☺️

Fantastic experience: Iv been going to snap fitness for a year now, Iv never really liked gyms however this one just makes you feel so welcome I have been having one to one PT sessions with Kiri to get me wedding ready she has not only given me confidence in using the equipment in the gym she has also taught me a lot about work outs and what equipment helps what areas of your body she has also taught me a lot about what foods are good/bad for you. I have now lost a lot of weight and really toned up ready for my wedding. All thanks to kiri she is amazing and really makes me feel at ease. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else now.

It’s very rare to find a gym that is so welcoming and totally has the “family” atmosphere - completely inclusive to all new and existing members. ALWAYS a judge free zone. High quality equipment, good amounts of space, highly experienced and educated trainers, wide range of classes. Big shoutout to Kiri for being an absolute legend trainer - over the years she has never failed to kick our butts in class, make every single class enjoyable and of course providing the best playlists.
