Fantastic experience: Excellent service and centre. The range of events and activities have enabled me to recover and become stronger, improved my stamina , balance , confidence and general well being . A wonderful charity with an extensive programme to suit the over 40’s needs and ambitions. We are indeed fortunate to have such a centre in the Alton area.
