Founded in 2013, our club has quickly gained acclaim, being registered with GymMark and awarded East Hampshire Sports Club of the Year. We pride ourselves on providing a vibrant community where individuals can learn the exhilarating sport of trampolining, from the foundational skills to competitive excellence.

At Alpha Trampoline Club, we offer sessions designed for everyone, starting from as young as 3 years old with our Alpha Tots program. For those aged 5 and above, our structured Foundation, Development, and Performance pathways ensure that all members receive quality training, whether they’re aiming for recreation or competition. Our dedication to inclusion shines through as we cater to varying skill levels, creating a supportive environment that encourages personal growth and camaraderie among participants.

Our club operates four days a week—Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday—at the sports hall of Eggar's School on London Road. Participants dive into training blocks throughout the year and also have the opportunity to engage in holiday camps. With coaches who possess a wealth of experience and qualifications in trampolining and physical conditioning, our team is committed to delivering engaging and effective training sessions.

Our members are not just learners; they are achievers! We take pride in having competitive athletes at club, regional, and national levels, including champions in various categories and disciplines. Our coaches are not only skilled in the technical aspects of trampolining but are also dedicated to fostering a fun and motivating atmosphere that inspires everyone to reach their fullest potential.

Fantastic experience: My daughter has been going here 9 months and loves it so much. She has made so much progress and genuinely loves her coach and other children in her group. Always excited for Friday because it’s trampoline day!!
