Fantastic experience: One of tidiest and best equipped gym I have ever trained. Very friendly and helpful staff members. A lot of space, posing room, overall very good facilities.

Negative experience: Almost impossible to communicate with them. Tried calling about cancelling my membership end of Nov as there is no other way to do it like through an app and couldn’t get through to them so I was charged in December. Called the direct debit company instead days later to try and see if they can help and they said due to cancelling the membership too late I will also have to pay in January unless LRF agree to let me off as the fault was theirs for not answering. Got in contact with LRF to which they said they’d look into it and I never heard from them again and couldn’t get through to them either so the payment was taken. I cancelled my membership as the gym has become too messy and busy with there being barely any space to move and the popular machines and squat racks being in constant use, leaving barely any decent options. The open space plan has actually made it feel more claustrophobic than before with the separate rooms. I can’t even get through to them to talk to them about this situation of being charged for 2 months since deciding to cancel, which leaves writing this review as my last option.

Fantastic experience: Great gym has everything you need . Trained here while working away. It's the best gym by far in the area. Plenty of rooms and they have plenty of pre and post workout drinks etc Well worth a visit if you are in the area

Negative experience: Need to watch there own staff, first day I came there taking cash and the next week they haven't taken cash for ages and I'm a lier. Great way to treat new customer's. On the other hand the gym has everything you could want. Shame about the staff.

Fantastic experience: I started here just over 1 month ago love it "pros' the machine's are top quality and have noticed better muscle gains from the equipment great variety dumbbells upto 80kg each, Now the cons parking can be a bit tough to get depending on the times u turn up so u have to park on the main road sometimes. They could do with some extra free weight plates, it can get hot up the top they do have industrial fans to help. It's worth the trip over to them but obviously with the fuel prices gone up if u come from far away like me it can get expensive tip but don't let that put u off it is the best gym I've been to since the old weights room in Dover.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, nice people and the owner Rob is a great guy. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about training. They also have a wide range of pre workouts, protein shakes and nutritional meals to help boost both your workout and your overall health.

Negative experience: Hugely disappointed in the gym's treatment of loyal customers. When the pandemic started, myself and others did the right thing and paid money we could barely afford to keep these guys afloat and employed. I personally paid hundreds of pounds while out of work myself. This is despite the facilities getting worse over time, the opposite to what the gym claims. No more boxing, no more large mats. Now the pandemic is over, the gym has increased membership ONLY for older members by over a third to £40. I really regret supporting this gym and can't believe how shameless this is. There arguably wouldn't even be a gym of not for the kindness of the members, now we are the ones targeted like this? A real low blow to the loyal members. All this after being asked to continue our memberships and deciding to do so. Please rethink this, a gym should support the community not exploit its kindness. I had planned to return after my recovery but this is just wrong and dishonest. Wish I had cancelled a year or more ago and saved the money.

Fantastic experience: Over the years i have been a member of quite a few gyms but have settled for LRF gym for the following reasons A great team that are always happy to help and support you what ever your goals are with some proven diet plans and workout programmes so if your and pro or just want a beach body this is the place for you Great equipment and all well maintained with a whole lot more to offer So to sum up LRF great team great gym with a nice atmosphere with long opening hours

Fantastic experience: Recently found out this gym existed and my only regret is I didn't know of it earlier. Amazing all round gym with excellent equipment. Awesome atmosphere which just pushes you to make progress. Staff are all very helpful and drinks, supplements & food all sold on site. The best place to train in Ashford by a mile. The opening hours are brilliant as well.

Fantastic experience: Amazingly equipped gym with equipment alot have gyms don't have. Loud music and everybody there for the same reason. Proper gym. You won't find better in the area. Always get myself a weeks pass when in Ashford.

I have been to the majority of gyms around Ashford never had the right attitude like LRF had one look around and knew this was the gym for me, very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff always make you feel welcome and if you need anything will always advise and help where they can. Highly recommend this gym especially if you want to achieve goals that you could not before.

Fantastic experience: Top quality gym, and most certainly the best one around! As a Pt I here I'm privileged to be able to train my clients in such an awsome gym which is stacked with equipment! I train a range of clients here and none of them feel intimidated or uncomfortable to step inside this amazing establishment. Credit to the owners, they'd done a great job. If you're from Ashford you'd be mad to join a different gym. If you're not from Ashford it's worth the travel for a day pass at the least

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym. Cross between an american muscle gym and a british metal gym. Staff are an absolute fountain of knowledge. Really helped me no end to improve my training ability, technique and meal structure. All other gyms in Ashford are now definitely obsolete. These guys are on another level.

Fantastic experience: The equipment there is AMAZING!! I been to many gyms and trust me I seen all kinds of junk!!! Rob and Mel (the owners) are most helpful!! Rob is a VERY well respect bodybuilding prep coach so even going there for 1 day to get some free knowledge Ka we’ll worth it!!!
