Everyone takes time to advise and talk to make your visit enjoyable Highly recommend you choose this gym ️‍♀️ for an all lady no pressure experience. All levels with extra classes to be taken if you fancy a change.

Fantastic experience: Have been at Gymophobics for 4 months and the staff have really made me feel welcome. For the first time ever, I feel comfortable in going to the gym. The atmosphere is friendly, the staff are always on hand to help, give advice or have a chat. I have also noticed a change in my health since joining. Great gym, really recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve hated gyms all my life. Frequently joined. Gone a handful of times and then cancelled. I find them utterly intimidating and they make me anxious. I heard about Gympgobics and decided to go along for a free guest pass. I knew instantly that I would love it. Small. Friendly. Never over crowded. Women only so I didn’t feel self conscious. And the team that run it are fantastic. I now go 5-6 times a week and thoroughly enjoy it. I would recommend to all!

Fantastic experience: Love this place! If you want to do something for you, do this! A fun friendly environment, everyone is super friendly & helpful. This is for everyone, even those with the busiest life. It fits around you with an individual 30 minute workout, regular checks, reviews & adjustments to your routines. I don't like gyms, & always found it dull & intimidating. Gymophobics has changed that for me. Don't wait ladies, you won't regret it!

Fantastic experience: I have recently rejoined Gymophobics Rugby, doing induction Lyn and Dee have been amazing helping me get back into it! New program listening to exactly what I need, already feeling better and more positive about things. Gym is very friendly and welcoming, no pressure, machines are easy to use! Loving it !
