Positive experience: Well-equipped, no-nonsense gym. Downsrairs is a bit cramped / not much free space, but that means more equipment :-). Karl is a nice guy!!

Fantastic experience: Lots of equipment and plenty of free weights and machines. Friendly people and the 24 hour access along with the ability to use a card to pay for drinks snacks etc can't be beat. A very welcoming spot for visitors to the area like myself. Thanks for being open and available.

Negative experience: No air con, most cardio machines don't work, no water cooler, front door is broken

Fantastic experience: Has everything a Powerlifter or any strength athlete would ever need. Calibrated plates, monolift, speciality bars etc. Not only that but it caters to all aspects of fitness and at every level. Enough cables, pulleys, dummbells and cardio equipment to get everything done regardless of your goal.

Positive experience: Nice 24hr gym, owner very helpful. Unfortunately didn't go a lot due to becoming lazy! Only negative is that the website could do with some work, but overall seems to be regular improvements and I can only see this place getting better and I hope it's made a permanent spot on Portland. Hopefully will come back in the future. Prices are fair and have some decent payment plans. If you are a local it's definitely worth a visit. Anyone on living on Portland and enjoys going to the gym I'd encourage to try out at least once.

Fantastic experience: Quality facilities with plenty of machines and weights. Absolutely love the rogue room with the competition compliant bench’s. Wicked atmosphere. Everyone is always willing to give you hand with whatever you need. Banging sound systems which is a massive plus as I hate having wires hanging about of me whilst training. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody who is already training or just getting started.
