Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms I have ever been to. I had a 3-month membership and later purchased another one for an additional 3 months. I attended various classes, and my favorites are Pulse, Fierce, and Strong. The neon lights create such an atmospheric environment. I really enjoyed it.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member here for a few weeks now and it’s amazing. The pool is so clean and well looked after, the gym equipment is fantastic and considering the location and what’s included in a gym only membership, it’s not extortionate.

Fantastic experience: Fun friendly place, with a club feel. Staff and PTs are friendly and full of knowledge plus excellent facilities such as the classes and swimming pool and sauna etc

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and instructors. Classes are fun, amazing music and the instructors push you all the time. I'm super happy to had joined Rise.

Negative experience: Place is closed, no mention anywhere on their own site or in their media.

Positive experience: The only bad thing is they use soy and whey protein.....if you want a cancer they have the smoothies for you ..I hope they will start to use better quality protein

Fantastic experience: Lovely coffee, friendly staff. Gym above it with classes and free weights.

Negative experience: £8 for a bowl of fruit that took half an hour to come.

Fantastic experience: No real review on the gym aspect of this place, this place does have a gym and it's really nice with friendly people. This place is a gym, cafe, and so much more. Very good place and I'd highly recommend it.

Fantastic experience: very friendly staff at the café and the food is absolutely /delicious/. also: the coffee was far better (richer and well-balanced) than i expected. this isn't my normal kind of place — the customers appear very conscious of their image and general aesthetics. (i just read while not doing sport. i have absolutely no interest in gyms or examining myself in mirrors, etc.) however, i still felt welcomed by the workers and have enjoyed every single visit here.

Fantastic experience: First time at R1SE for a Define class in the Arena and I'm really impressed - Front of House staff in the café were welcoming and helpful directing me where to go. Massive lockers, amazing showers and makeup/hair area with lots of products if you've forgotten your own. Louise was hosting the class and she was incredibly welcoming and made sure I was aware of and happy with the content of the class and assured me that I could take it at my own speed. The class was challenging (REALLY delivered on lower body!!) but also well-paced. Had a vegan Fat Joe shake afterwards to refuel which was delicious as well. My *only* piece of constructive feedback would be slightly better signposting of whether treadmills are involved in the class or not - if nothing else but so that those of us who aren't great runners can psych ourselves up for it!

Fantastic experience: Sunday Breakfast was fantastic, you can tell they are top quality ingredients. I would go as far as saying the smashed avocado was the best I’ve ever tasted. Also the smoothies are awesome. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic experience: The whole experience is amazing… Good food in the hangout /coffee/ shakes the best . Then the classes in the arena wow what a workout absolutely the best I love them … best workouts every single time ! The gym upstairs we’ll seriously could not be any better first class in every way . The changing rooms spotless every day certainly starts your day on the right foot . Fantastic experience: Lovely place very friendly staff, very clean. Delicious vegan croissant and other tasty treats

Positive experience: Staff and drinks were lovely, as was the majority of our food, as always. However, the Rise and Fry was a bit a of let down with the scrambled eggs being way too runny with either too much milk or not cooked long enough; poached egg was also hard on another breakfast. Mushrooms were a bit dry and sausages were sent back to be cooked a tad longer as they came out a bit pale, pink inside and didn't look fully cooked all the way through (they probably were but better safe than sorry). Vegan breakfast was lovely as was the avo on toast.

Fantastic experience: Best coffee in Bournemouth! I’m here for breakfast, lunch & coffees since it opened. Lovely little community hub for hot desking or brunch. The whole food menu is top notch. 10/10! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: This place is my new favourite! The interior design, delicious food, friendly service, and chill atmosphere is on point - I LOVE the music too, such good vibes!! This place has clearly been curated to be the coolest hangout in town, and I already think it is! The gym there is opening soon, but the ‘R1SE Hangout’ is open to everyone, they support local businesses, and 80% of their food is plantbased yayyy! I definitely recommend to everyone locally, and anyone visiting Bournemouth on holiday. It’s so hard to choose a favourite dish, but I always choose the avo toast, scrambled tofu or a smoothie bowl nowhere does Açai better in b’town! They also have a fridge of grab and go items you can buy to take away in a rush, I love the rainbow wrap!

I thought it was a place for gym goers, but it's for anyone and everyone! I love their ethos, they support local businesses, and 80% of their food is VEGAN. Would highly recommend to anyone local and anyone visiting Bournemouth for holiday. My favourite dish HAS to be the scrambled tofu - it taste better than egg!

Fantastic experience: This place is TOP NOTCH! Exactly what the Bournemouth centre needed! Such a nice open space, top notch coffee and great menu. Have you noticed the interior design? Incredible. Opening hours - 7 til 5 daily! Woop Woop Woop go and check it out! My favourite work-on-your-laptop place :)
