Paramount Parkour

Fantastic experience: I treated my daughter, her football team (U11s) plus associated siblings to a Parkour Party for her belated 10th birthday. I was a little unsure of what time expect but was not disappointed. Ruel (the instructor) did a brilliant job explaining and keeping the team engaged. Everyone had a fantastic time. Highly recommended .

Fantastic experience: My 14 year old son has attended parkour classes here for the last year. He’s loved every session! I feel that it’s been a fantastic opportunity for him to explore this sport in such a safe environment, with such talented and inspiring trainers/coaches.

Fantastic experience: Spent an hour 1 to 1 with Ruel at Paramount Parkour yesterday, I have wanted to do this for so long! I’m not sure I have the words to do it justice! Ruel is so positive and professional and absolutely inspiring! I am 44, and I’ve just found the confidence to make a start. It’s a bit scary and I’m way too much in my head, but it’s easy to trust Ruel because he absolutely knows his stuff!! Worth the travel, easily worth every penny, the most fun way to spend an hour. Time flys by! I highly highly recommend, and as a super nervous, under confident beginner, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: My son has been going to Paramount Parkour for 9 years now (gosh, that makes me feel old!). When he was little he struggled to focus at school, to listen and sit still. Luckily, parkour was a great outlet for a whole load of energy and also taught him discipline as it has to be performed safely and they have to listen to the instructors. That said, it was obviously also a lot of fun otherwise he wouldn't have kept wanting to go! Fast forward the best part of a decade and he still loves parkour. The team there are friendly, professional and obviously love what they do. If your child wants to do something active that's lots of fun then I highly recommend trying out the classes at Paramount Parkour.

Fantastic experience: The very best birthday treat my son could have asked for along with a small group of friends. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere and solid professional advice. Shown how to do some cool parkour moves but always with safety in mind. Will definitely book again. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Really, really fun place to train. Also, surprisingly safe, if you're sensible and listen to what the coaches tell you. They know how to work you up to doing scary (and even potentially dangerous) moves like backflips safely. Would recommend it to anyone who's capable of running and jumping at all.

Fantastic experience: Upsides: I have had a lot of fun here, keeping fit, learning new things all the time and made some good friends. Once you try this its very easy to get hooked. The coaches are very good and you get a fair balance between being trained and having freetime to practice. Downsides: the facility feels a bit poorly maintained, but not unsafe. The room can get quite hot sometimes

Fantastic experience: My son absolutely loves parkour. I think it is much easier now using the back door too, as when in the main building it was always very busy.

It is a friendly and motivating environment to be in and would recommend checking out the classes as the coaches are very knowledgeable as well as the open sessions to practice and hang out!

Fantastic experience: I trained here a number of years ago. It has fantastic facilities, really friendly staff and very easy to travel to. The instructors are credible, professional, and good to work with. I would recommend this place to anyone

Positive experience: Comms with the place is insane. No phone and they simply cut and paste essays and 12 links. No help. Just see this link then that link then that link... Beginner lesson was in a VERY small part of the building. Beginner lesson was for <16 but average age was ~10, so 14 year old towered over all others and felt quite embarrassed. 10 year old didnt want to go again as it wasn't challenging enough (apparently).

Negative experience: it would be nice if they would do party's for schools

Fantastic experience: I train here, it's a great place if you want to start doing parkour or if you already do parkour! The instructors are great, too.

Fantastic experience: I haven't stopped going to this place since it opened, you can never out grow it, there is always something new to learn and nowhere better to learn it than here.

Fantastic experience: My 5 year old son who is austistic really enjoys his parkour class he does once a week. The team members are fun but firm when teaching their classes. Its all about dedication and consistency when it comes to pramount parkour academy.
