Positive experience: The gym has great equipment and is very affordable, but you get what you pay for. Unfortunately, it's overcrowded during the day, which is understandable given the low cost. However, they really need to address the issue of people sitting on machines and using their phones, while the staff seems oblivious to the inconvenience. For instance, last time, a woman was sitting on the leg press machine reading an ebook on her phone for over 20 minutes. Now that it's summer, there are more teens at the gym who come in groups of five or more and just stand near the machines socialising. If you want a peaceful workout, visit at night; otherwise, this gym might not be the right fit for you.

Negative experience: bag and other personal belongings jus got robbed form the changing rooms and there is no staff members around and the contact number doesnt work

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. Friendly staff, good assortment of machines and free weights. Probably the cleanest gym I have ever been in. Only thing that let's it down is it could be bigger, but that is out of the gyms control. Overall very happy I made the switch here.

Fantastic experience: Just finished an excellent Body Condition class with Ben. Always takes care to check for injuries, runs a good warmup and stretches at the end - and his classes are varied, challenging and fun, with options for all abilities. Thanks Ben.

Positive experience: Helpful staff, great space and good classes. Preferred it when cleaning towels were provided alongside spray to clean equipment before and after use. Ladies facilities also very small. Overall happy!

Fantastic experience: These guys are clean.i used to use it, gave up and started again. 1 year later it looks brand new. Ofcourse its busy , cause its the best . Its also 24/7 which is freedom. How much more can you ask for?

Positive experience: Bathroom/changing rooms for ladies is rather small, barely much place to change. They do have showers which is great as well as 2 toilet cubicles. Place has lift access to the gym floor for those with accessible needs. The gym has a wide range of cardio equipment and the strength area is well equipped. You can book 1 day and 3 day passes if you're visiting the area for a short while like I did.

Negative experience: The gym itself is fine (decent equipment, facilities, location etc) but it's majorly oversubsrcibed. I re-registered recently and it seems that the number of people has gone up dramatically: even at supposedly quiet times, the place feels very full and you have to wait for equipment to become available. You have a sense of being crowded out the entire time you're working out. They don't seem to make any effort to control the numbers and this small gym simply can't accommodate this many gym goers. The men's changing room is also laughaubly small/cramped relative to the number of people trying to use it. I'll be cancelling my membership and I would advise against joining this gym.

Negative experience: I keep receiving offers to rejoin at a discounted rate but none of the promo codes they email me ever work and the contact number they have provide is actually a 3rd party that only deals with direct debits! very frustrating

Positive experience: The only problem with this gym is the male changing room is tiny and for the second time in a week all the benches were covered with piles of clothes and shoes, making it difficult to get changed. God knows why but people seem reluctant to use the lockers.

Positive experience: Lovely gym, amazing equipment. I wouldn’t have cancelled my membership if it had been more of a gym but feel like it’s more of a social place for young adults to go. Going to the gym at a peak time and over 160 people in there and you are waiting to do your workout is just not great. You have groups of 6/7 just standing around one machine. (Very intimidating) then to come out of the gym and bunches of kids sitting on the stairs inside the building as they clearly have no where else to go and socialise.

Positive experience: Great gym open all hours. Selection of protein products and drinks in vending machines which can be paid for using contactless. Clean facilities and friendly staff.

Fantastic experience: Genuinely a very tidy and well organised gym. Clean dressing room a showers. Gym equipment is always being cleaned throughout the day. Very good gym.

Positive experience: The staff are great, machines and equipment all in good condition and it's a nice atmosphere. Very cheap too. Only taking a star off as the times you can go and not have to queue for machines/benches are pretty limited. The changing rooms are also tiny and two tiny benches for changing aren't enough.
