Fantastic experience: Brilliant no frills and no judgement gym, as a fatty myself I've signed up no recurring fees just pay for the day, the week or the month. Carido and weights are separated in different rooms which alot of gyms just throw it together but here they can see there is a need for that separation. It would be 5 stars but the lounge has 2 old sofas which means they are comfortable and 2 pool tables Most importantly it's clean which is what you really want. It could atleast use a tv/music and maybe a drink vending machine but let's be fair it's gym and not a lounge anyway and with everything they experienced with covid the work they must have put in just to stay open mustve been exhausting. Both my sons go to boxing club here on a Friday who are 7 and 12 which is located upstairs with many bags and even a sparring ring. *FEMALE SAFETY* Most importantly my wife can use the gym without being stared at, judged or oggled and doesn't feel intimidated. You really do get that sense that if they had a single individual acting inappropriately they would be swiftly surrounded and dealt with by the gym owners and probably everyone else in the gym. Everyone I've seen on all my visits is here to workout. Not Influence, not judge, not oggle not to go on their social medias. You could turn up at this gym weighing 50stone or be a stunning super model and you would be treated/served and spoke to exactly the same. So that's about all I can give on the gym, as I've not used the weights only the cardio since I've busted my knee. The wife trains every Friday while the kids are in the boxing club and until my knee is sorted I just sit on my fat butt in the lounge.

Positive experience: Alot of ppl say that its intimating but its not just do ur thing and thay will do there's staff was great the place was great and I like it there u dont have to sign a contract at all u can pay 4.50 for the day 10 for the week and 30 for the month and p.s there is no signing free I dint know a gym like this eney were just give it a try 4.50 for the day say no more for a day trial what have u got to lose nothink go test it out if its for u good if its not then to bad but dont skip it till ur try it

Fantastic experience: Smashing gym! Family owned and has a great atmosphere. Everyone is super friendly and there is a properly diverse client base, all ages, shapes and sizes. The equipment selection has been really well thought out to allow for proper solid workouts!

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym in the heart of Bulwell town centre and only a minute walk from the Bus station/train/tram. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of free weights, weights machine and cardiovascular machines, and there is boxing and other fitness things upstairs.

Positive experience: Looks lovely, but you have to go in to find out about the prices, they don't have a website or even a phone number.

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff, equipment is nearly always open, and the protein drinks are well made. Definitely an establishment built with passion for exercise. 10/10, will be returning.
