Fantastic experience: 5 stars ✨ ! Myself and my partner are just getting back into it, after a break for a few years, we have committed to going everyday and reach goals we have set. But with busy life’s to find a gym open 24/7 with everything we need! Is a game changer! We tried fitness works and wasn’t happy with the experience from the start. We went to extreme and Zoe was friendly welcoming and informative, Sometimes we workout funny times of day/night. We are the only people in there which is great. It feels so nice, to not be restricted on equipment, time and in such a calm atmosphere. I was amazed and Impressed with the safety measures in place. Given the gym is open 24/7. When we have met a few members they have all been great. By far one of the best gyms out there!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym for almost 2 years. It’s got all the equipment you need, open 24 hours. I know the staff personally and we all get on like a family. I’m an early riser and head straight to the gym. I spend about 2 hours daily. Would recommend this gym to everyone within our Stratford area.

Fantastic experience: Joined just over a month ago, as a gym newcomer it can be quite daunting, especially somewhere that's a 'proper' gym. My fears were unfounded, made to feel welcome from day one, other gym members are polite and friendly, there is plenty of equipment and it's never too busy to be able to complete a workout on your own terms. James has also been very welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend.

Negative experience: Tried getting a day pass to check the gym out before signing up but I was refused for some reason. Looks like they want to keep it pretty private. Disappointed as the equipment and training sounds really good. Oh well

Fantastic experience: Joined the gym today, staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly!! Proper equipment and proper training atmosphere, reminds me of the gyms back in London! A real gem in the cotswolds !! You have to see it to believe it !! Can't wait to get started !

Fantastic experience: I have done all the gyms in town and this is by far the best for anyone who really enjoys training. The staff are awesome. The equipment is amazing and the most varied of all the gyms. It’s never too busy as they are private so I know I am always going to get a great session in! If they have spaces you must join

Fantastic experience: Started in early 2022 at Xtreme and following a brilliant PT session with James was convinced it was the right place for me. Great vibe, loads of equipment, studio and cardio .. everything I needed to take my fitness to the next level.

Fantastic experience: Long time user of this gym and never regretted it, only ever loved it. Doesn't matter if you want to start new, or are a long time gym goer. Fantastic experience: Me and partner have been here years and just love it! The atmosphere is amazing and all the staff are so supportive and lovely. The last 6 months I have been personal training with James too as I wanted to get better at running and doing triathlons. I have never been so fit and can't recommend them enough. Thank you Xtreme

Great music and great equipment. I have also started Personal Training with James and he is by far the best trainer I have ever had. If you love training and want to have fun doing it. Fantastic experience: Fully equipped gym to suit all training needs, partnered with the 24 hour access. All members of staff are not only extremely knowledgeable but there is an abundant family atmosphere around the gym.

Fantastic experience: Great first time at Xtreme Gym! They have a really good range of equipment for all muscle groups in both machines & free weights. Toilets and showers were super clean and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: By far the best classes I’ve ever experienced. My partner and I both exercise regularly but joined Bootcamp as wanted to do something different. It is by far the best thing we have ever done from a training perspective! Our fitness levels have gone through the roof and more importantly it’s fun, being honest we were apprehensive, wondering would it be too hard, what would the people be like? But I can tell you it’s brilliant! The people are fab, all ages, shapes and sizes, the banters amazing with lots of laughs. No two weeks are the same and you never know what James has planned which adds to the fun. So if you are thinking whether this is right for you, go for it, you’ll probably end up loving it and meeting some great friends. The classes are not about you, they’re about the group and the team which is what makes the classes so much fun, and with James leading the classes you have the best PT I’ve ever worked with. Fantastic experience: I have been a member for 2 years after coming here from the other 24 hour gyms. This place has everything you could ever need. The best equipment and stuff you can’t find anywhere else. I also now PT with James and it’s amazing. He has taken my training to the next level! If you are looking for a 24 hour gym with the best atmosphere, amazing music then you must come here

Fantastic experience: I joined this gym two weeks ago and I can honestly say it has everything you want and need. The staff are amazing and very welcoming. Military personnel who run phenomenal classes and would recommend to anybody to come sign up and get involved!!! Protein shakes, bars and gym clothing available to purchase also before or after a great session. Get yourself down here guys

Fantastic experience: I use the gym and bootcamp and absolutely love it. James and the team do an amazing bootcamp with so much variety and challenges and gym has an amazing environment to really get the most out of my training. All the members are amazing and you will be joining something very special here!

Fantastic experience: I have been with this gym for the past 2 years and also do personal training with James. This place is immense! The equipment is amazing and James as a PT is epic. I really wanted to find a place that takes training seriously and fun as I really want to exceed in my sports and this is perfect! If you like training you must come down here!

Fantastic experience: Worked in the area for approximately 2weeks and Xtreme Gym were extremely accommodating. I've trained in other local gyms and Xtreme is by far superior to any of these. The atmosphere is perfect. Staff are extremely helpful. Hopefully will be back in the area working again and will look forward to getting back into Xtreme Gym.

Fantastic experience: Really excellent gym. Well equipped, good setting, lots of varied classes available, and James is a fantastic PT. Would highly recommend trying it out, and well worth looking at the bootcamps too.

Fantastic experience: It's the gym I've been looking for, I walked in and right away felt at home, it was like the gym I enjoyed in Glasgow and although today was day I know they are going to get me where I need to be as I can feel their stuff working. I've now been in this gym for a few months and it still feels like home, the staff are lovely and always willing to help and support anyone

Fantastic experience: My time at Xtreme Gym Stratford is a vital part of my personal daily routine and in these challenging and uncertain times with the COVID-19 pandemic still lingering, it is even more important to me that my gym is a clean, healthy and a 'safe for all' environment, for me to continue with my transformation journey. Do I feel safe training here daily? ABSOLUTELY 150% Zoe, James and all the staff have worked relentlessly to provide us all with a superb environment, totally compliant with government requirements. I see staff cleaning machines/weights regularly whilst members train. Members are also asked to clean machines/weights before and after usage. Temperatures are taken and members wash their hands on entry, before even setting foot in the gym and anti-bacterial hand gel is available inside the gym training area. Masks are worn by staff too. There is plenty of space to train socially distanced and everyone is totally aware of their own 'training space' confinements. I would whole-heartedly recommend and support this unique family run business - I feel safe, happy and reassured that my gym is clean and healthy. Come and see for yourselves!!!!! Fantastic experience: James and his team at Xtreme Gyms are always extremely friendly and ready to help out if you ever need some guidance. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending the Xtreme Gyms to any friend or colleague.

Positive experience: Decent little gym, free parking. 4 days into my week free trial but i cannot go anymore. 1. The gym needs more cable pull down machines, theres only 1 and ive never been able to actually get on it as its a very in demand piece of kit. Your typical commercial chain gyms always have 3 - 4 of these type of cross over machines. 2. I dont like to be surrounded by alot of guys who have no respect for machines or weights as theres alot of weights smashing down with no respect for the kit that has been provided for them. Also seen lads leaving there weights on the machines. Nice guys who run in tho, its a shame. Get some more cable machines in XTreme, you have the room

Fantastic experience: I've been with Xtreme gym since they opened and I can't recommend them enough. The staff and members are friendly and supportive and the atmosphere is all you could ask for from a gym. It's clear that James and his team have a passion for fitness and want to see their members be the best they can be. Unfortunately I have to leave due to personal commitments but this is with regret as I know I won't find another gym that even remotely compares. If you're looking for a gym in Stratford, whatever your goals, this is the one to join.
