Fantastic experience: Really nice gym and staff are polite also helpful I use the cold pod recovery room with infared sauna so couldn't really comment on the gym section but first impressions it's clean and well run

Fantastic experience: Definitely the best gym in Lichfield! Very friendly staff and the classes are great. Always clean and tidy and plenty of options of what to work out on if like me you get bored easily with one exercise. The boxing classes are my favourite and if you need extra motivation book in with Stacey she's brilliant!

Positive experience: Nice gym, decent facilities and generally friendly staff. They are pushing heavily for more members so I do feel that the amount of equipment (treadmills especially) is starting to be insufficient to cater for the growing client base. A minor annoyance is the lack of cleaning spray and paper towels at multiple points in the gym (there is only 1 at the moment). There are very often treadmills and weights covered in sweat!!

Fantastic experience: Really great gym. Staff are all so friendly, hold really great classes and are always pushing me to keep improving. I really have enjoyed coming to this gym for the last four months. Before here I always struggled to commit to a gym. The equipment is also very good, rarely a wait for anything and the other gym goers are also very friendly.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, very modern facilities, plenty of classes and loads of equipment

Negative experience: Detailed review: The experience doesn’t justify the prices. I’ve probably trained in this gym for around 6-8 months total. There’s plenty of option for cardio training however, essentially the minimum / “basics” for strength training. The options of training cover all muscle groups but feels restricted in terms of the exercises you can perform. For example the two cable machines make it impossible to get a full range of motion on exercises such as Lat Pullovers. I’m small too so if your tall then good luck. The other muscle isolating cable machines, such as the reverse pec deck, you can’t get a full range of motion either, it’s not just the ‘attachment’ cable machines. Speaking of attachments, you struggle to get the ones you need at peak times due to there only being one set of them. Even then, I couldn’t even find the standard ‘rope’ attachment even when the gym was dead today and no one using one (lost?). They don’t have any better/different pull down attachments or row attachments, they are just standard which again, is disappointing considering your paying 175% extra compared to other competitors. The staff are extremely friendly, I’ve never had a bad encounter up until recently. One of the staff, who was working out, shouted at my (beginner) friend and I for not re-racking the weight we used. We had forgotten. Kindly we re-racked the weight after being shouted at however the tone he used and way he portrayed me and my friend was disrespectful. Please be open minded about the fact we didn’t even interact with this person once prior to this. I haven’t used the boxing room however looking inside, it’s minimalistic. I must note the gym is always clean, has cold refreshing water on dispensers, nice showers and plenty of lockers. I do see myself going for a bit longer as I’m lazy to switch but honestly I don’t think even the minimum tier is worth it. Other local gyms have a lot more variety and functionality with a heavy mix of machines, attachments, plates (amount of plates) etc. Tdlr: if you enjoy modern technology cardio machines etc or, If your getting into the very basics of bodybuilding and have extra money in your pocket, then sure this is for you.

Fantastic experience: State of the art gym with all the necessary equipment for any training program in central Lichfield. What really makes the gym though is the instructors. Amelia, Nicole, Joe and Thomas all provide great structured engaging classes with plenty of enthusiasm and a decent play list to go with it. What prompted my review today though was the service I received from Stephanie. Today, a freezing Monday morning, there was only me that turned up for the 7:30am Hyrox class. It would have been very easy for Steph to just cancel the class(which I would have totally understood). Instead she did a great, challenging class that really put me through my paces which I thought was very commendable. Really enjoying my first few months at this gym. Keep to the great work team

Fantastic experience: Having an issue whereby it's not very clear how to cancel your contract with the gym? No phone number nor contact email for the gym either as far as I can see and can't do it via the app either. Aside from that this is a great gym and I am sad to be leaving.

Fantastic experience: I was worried about the new location. But after joining I can say nothing more than I love it. I lost enthusiasm at other newer gyms in the City. But this new location bought it back. From the great, new and clean equipment to the boxing and cross fit areas upstairs. The staff are all friendly and helpful. The members are the same. Theres a great mix of heavy lifters and fitness people. But that's due to the great arrangements of the weights and fitness machines. I'd tell more people about this spot. But I'm selfish and want it how it is now. Prices are a tiny bit more than your other gyms but worth it. If and criticism. Dunbells could be labeled better and better organized. And set pyramid bars would be a great addition.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of the new LHFC, since it opened in January 2022 and it keeps going from strength to strength! The gym itself is in a great location, right next to the co-op and local shops in Bowley park. The staff are great, and always happy to help you if you need it. It’s starting to develop into more of a community feel, which is different than most other gyms I’ve been to, and its why I like it so much. Overall it is great value for money, with plenty of range for different fitness tastes (boxing, jiu jitsu, spin, hyrox to name a few). It has a nice community feel, which I hope can keep on developing because that’s what makes it stand out from its competitors. Best gym In Lichfield - in my opinion!

Fantastic experience: Is God is being you for a couple of months now probably it going up to this year and I've just done like a two hour workout and it's good for what you pay for it's good I enjoyed it.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, loads of brand new equipment and never overly busy. I've been a member of a few gyms over the years and this bar far the best. The showers are awesome, again best I've ever had.

Fantastic experience: Won’t find a better gym or value for money around. Lichfield’s only Hammer strength training centre, gym is massive and has lots of different rooms/studios. Atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, staff are ace. Would recommend
