Fantastic experience: Very good gym, knowledgeable staff who are friendly and helpful whatever your level. Opening hours cater for all, weekdays open 6am so a session before work is an option. Limited hours over weekends and Bank Holidays but we all need a break. Up to date equipment, very clean environment what more could you want from a gym. (Music not always to my taste but that’s what headphones are for)

Fantastic experience: Great gym. Good equipment and modern looking. Great staff who are friendly and happy to help. Clean and well kept. Classes in the evening with gym open all day early till late.

Fantastic experience: Really friendly and knowledgeable staff. Ladies toilets have emergency tampons, hair dryer and straighteners. There's also a lovely cafe. Can't ask for more really.

Fantastic experience: I used the gym for 18 months when I moved to Wales and have since moved away so won't be using the gym anymore so this is an unbiast review. I enjoyed every moment training in this great gym, it is ideal for both new trainers and experienced alike. It is run by a lovely family and a non intimidating atmosphere all the regular gym users were really friendly and there was no attitude or egos. I really recommend this for anyone don't be afraid to join everyone will make you welcome. I will certainly miss training here.
