Negative experience: Very poor customer service, took bike to be repaired unfortunately shop was robbed but took 10 week for insurance to pay and then was £400 short to purchase same bike , bike was only 11 months old,!! Alpha cycles refused to make up the short fall leaving me £400 out of pocket Very poor service will never use Alpha cycles again for anything!

Fantastic experience: Phenomenal service. Had my bike and my wife’s serviced a few months ago ready for the summer and just ordered 2 new bikes. Knowledge is 2nd to none and advice/helpfulness is exactly what is needed! Also the best coffee I have tasted in a long time and I do love a good coffee! Thanks guys!

Negative experience: What happened here? Used to love my local bike shop - lots of stuff, lovely chatty staff, decent cafe and good workshop. Popped back recently and the whole place is now a Pure Gym copycat, the bike shop has been squashed into a tiny corner, cafe gone and all the staff seem to have left? No idea about the workshop. Oh and website hopelessly out of date with wrong info. Weird place I can't really recommend now which makes me sad. :(

Fantastic experience: Chain snapped on my grandson’s bmx went to Halfords for new link and was sold one that they said would fit. I had taken old chain to make sure I got right one. After trying to fit it I realised something was wrong it would not fit. Went to Alpha cycle work in Mold staff member went out of his way to see if he could find one looked in work shop no luck. He said they had new ones but as bike was a spare for my grandson’s friends to use did not want to pay for one. The staff member then told me how he use to repair his bike when he was younger. Went home and did it bike no fixed. What a fantastic service they offer here.

Fantastic experience: I have had my bike checked out by 2 other companies before finding this place that couldn't resolve my issue on my Merida Reacto road bike. Alpha Cycle Worx had it and fixed in no time at all. Staff are so friendly and welcoming and the building is as professional as you can get. Absolutely great company and will be going there more often.
