Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for 3 years now and I love it. The facilities are always clean and there's a great variety of equipment. The classes are a blast and Mia is one of the best trainers! She's so energetic, friendly and knowledgeable. I always look forward to her classes, especially the Dance Fit they're just so much fun!!

Fantastic experience: The gym group Radford is a great place to workout. The trainers are all really friendly and knowledgeable and always provide engaging and fun workout classes. I especially love Mia’s classes as she is really motivating! There’s plenty of parking too.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoy training at the gym. It's a bit smaller than I've trained in before but still has all the equipment I'm used to. I also enjoy a few classes and I've been on a couple ran by a young girl called Mia. Really enjoyed them and looking forward to the next one.

Fantastic experience: The gym has a great environment and it’s really affordable. All the staff are super helpful and friendly, especially Mia! I honestly do not know where I would be without her advice and help, she’s so knowledgeable and helped with pushing me out of my comfort zone.

Fantastic experience: I attended the Sweat 45 class at this gym, and it was amazing! Mia ran the class so well—her energy was contagious, and she made sure everyone stayed motivated throughout. The workout was challenging but fun, and Mia’s instructions were clear and encouraging. Highly recommend giving it a try!

Fantastic experience: Love training with Mia Hewitt at the Radford branch she’s such an approachable person and makes going to the gym enjoyable and less daunting. Seen amazing results so far physically and mentally whilst training with mia at the gym group, I can’t recommend her enough she is amazing.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym, it's local and not to expensive and love how it's open 24/7 also plenty of equipment ,two floors so if it's busy in one area can always nip into another area , always see a cleaner on site , there's a good culture in there too and the staff are lovely especially Mia who is so bubbly , safe to say I'll deffo continue going ☺️

Positive experience: I go to ,,the gym '' in a lot of cities around England.About this specific gym I can say the machines are quite old, compared with London or Birmingham, gym is quite small and after 7 am became quite busy. 2 bench press machines and when you want to do triceps on the cables you will find yourself in a queue.If you want to work you can ,that is the most important thing. Ussually I hit the gym at 5am ,but when I leave the gym around 7 I see the difference.

Fantastic experience: As a student this gym is perfect. Affordable 24/7 for flexible training schedule. Just started PT sessions with Emmanuel and couldn't ask for a better trainer.

Positive experience: Good place to train. Good expert staff, who are friendly and supportive (doing a great job Emmanuel). Parking, always available. Good changing room and shower facilities. Although, the gym is slightly smaller than other Gyms, I do manage to get my workout done without waiting to use equipment.

Positive experience: Let me tell you, I've been to 3 PureGym's and I'm pretty sure The Gym Group actually does something about people who don't put their weights away because the free weight section isn't in a sorry state when I arrive. They actually have a hack squat machine unlike PureGym and a bar jack to make loading/unloading weights for a deadlift much simpler. They have squat racks with a solid floor and safety's, the people who chose the equipment actually have an idea about what it means to lift. Compared to PureGym they'll have squat racks on a spongy floor with satefys, or a squat rack on a solid floor with no safety's. I wish the music wasn't so loud to the point it overrides the music I'm listening to on my earbuds.

Negative experience: Stuck inside pin doesn’t work they are just steeling money I have problem can’t stay inside without pin working life risk

Fantastic experience: Lovely atmosphere here, less intimidating than some gyms I have been to when I was starting out. Always feels very clean! Good range of equipment and use of a decent sized space. All the staff are really friendly and helpful, especially Emmanuel who is always up for a chat or to lend a hand if needed. All staff seem to cover a wide range of specialist PT areas between them, so there’s definitely options for everyone :)

Emmanuel is my PT, and has pushed me to become a better version of myself. He’s very supportive, understanding, and is extremely knowledgeable in his field of work. I am extremely grateful for his patience and how he has helped me thus far. He’s great, and would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Great gym, large and there's usually equipment free, although it gets busy at peak times! The classes are fab, but I'd like to see more of them please! I particularly enjoy LBT and Abs Blast, both Led by Emmanuel- he pushes us but also points out if our form isn't quite right, so we can decrease the weights we're using to perfect form. Thank you!

Fantastic experience: Have tried a couple of different gyms and trainers but Tim Hazzledine really took my understanding of training to a deeper level. The sessions we did really paid off and he set me on exactly the path I needed going forward for the stage I'm currently at.
