Fantastic experience: I absolutely love it here. The staff are all super super lovely, and very attentive to messages on facebook & instagram. The price is fantastic for what you get and joining the weekly clubbercise class on a Wednesday has been the best decision I've ever made. It's exercise made fun and with no pressure to keep up with the teacher at the front. Cannot recommend this place enough, especially if you are a beginner to fitness - they make you feel like you're part of the family!

Fantastic experience: I have been training at sculpt for over 18 months now, and I can honestly say it's the best thing i ever did joining sculpt, I've tried every diet, diet pill, joined loads of gyms, drank slim teas you name it I've tried it, with little or no results!! Since been with sculpt I've learned how to manage food,what to avoid the importantance of eating the correct foods. My main goal was to be able to wear a simple vest top without the stomach bulge,, I'm now wearing crop tops and have never felt so confident in my own body after having 2 children and pushing the 40 mark,,, I weight train as well as HIIT training, I feel fitter, healthier more driven than ever,, Sculpt is a lovely friendly place, all abilities,shapes and sizes, no one gets judged, we just all encourage and support each other, Jody & Lucy are Amazing, dedicated and passionate about what they do and both thrive to see progression in each and everyone. The support is second to none and I just couldn't be without sculpt it's my New life now and I love it!!!!!!
