Fantastic experience: Went to Powerhouse to train legs after 2 yrs. The gym is sparkling clean. All equipment is nicely maintained and greased. No loose bits no wobbles. Really impressed new owner has gone above and beyond keeping everything practically new and in brilliant condition. Top of the range machines and some new ones added. I will be popping down again soon.

Fantastic experience: Helpful and polite staff.The gym is kept spotless and a good range of clothes, equipment and supplements. Any advice about training can be given by the owner and help with training programmes to suit each person. I would personally recommend this gym to both beginners and experienced trainers.
