St Helens Fitness 500 is one of the best local friendly community gyms in St Helens. Conveniently located just off the St Helens Linkway (next to Screwfix), we are an easy accessible gym to get to, to be able to enjoy your workout. We have fully experienced and friendly staff, both male & female, on hand to help you through your workout no matter what level you're at from total beginners to more advanced gym goers. We can offer help and advice, making sure you achieve your goals whatever they may be!
