Fantastic experience: Since starting my exercise journey with Mr G the PT, I have found the love again for exercise. Feeling so proud when I achieve new goals. Ross has really helped me on my journey and makes sure my plan suits me and changes it where needed. I would highly recommend Ross as he is a great PT and is very supportive to help you achieve in each session but also pushes you when needed which I’m very thankful for as i do need that. Thank you Mr G the PT!
