Fitness Worx Gym Kenilworth

Fantastic experience: My daughter and I used this gym on a recent visit to the area(Kenilworth). We were helped through the process by a young woman with blonde hair. Really appreciate the positive can do attitude. Will be back when in the area again.

Fantastic experience: Decided to go with a FitnessWorx PT package to get me fitter mountain biking. Ryka was great PT to have there, definitely gave me a proper introduction to training in a gym environment, as I had never even been to one before! Sessions were always enjoyable, well planned and flexible to my needs. I definitely achieved my goals as well as picking up good habits along the way. What I learnt has definitely prepared me to keep up training individually!

Fantastic experience: a clean gym with great facilities (membership is very reasonable considering), they limit membership so its never really busy. The personal trainer packages provide results - ive seen them first hand! (however be prepared to spend, they are not cheap).

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Good prices, experienced and very helpful and friendly staff. Did personal training there and I am very happy with all the approach, concept and mainly the results!!! If you want to just improve your health and fitness or even get ready for any sort of competition, this is the best place to go! The guys there will support you to reach your target whatever it might be!

Negative experience: Without taking into account the fact that they continued to charge my account over quarantine and then refused refund afterwards.. still just very mediocre trainers.. mediocre facilities.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, they have great equipment and the staff are brilliant. Phoebe did my personal training session and it was awesome! She created a plan to really push me but was encouraging rather than pushy which is the experience I've had with personal trainers before. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

Fantastic experience: Visited Fitness Worx when I was in town on business. Great if you want pay as you go!!! Although the place may be a little tired looking, it has all you need with great platform lifting area. Staff were great and regulars welcoming.

Fantastic experience: Fitness Worx completely differs to any other gym experience. This is an awesome training environment with the best Personal Trainers! The gym is fully kitted out with the best of Watson equipment and an approach to training to suit everyone! The minute you walk in the door you feel welcome and part of the community. The staff are friendly and approachable. And if you want results.. you’re in the best place to get those results!

Negative experience: Facilities are okay. Bit overpriced. Decided to cancel as during the summer i had such a massive workload, i didn't have time to go but planned on joining again at some point in the near future. However, i went in to cancel my membership, spoke with the owner and he stated there were some technical issues with their system but 'don't worry, cancellation is all sorted'. Didn't think anything of it until 3 months later i notice money coming out of my account. A new direct debit was set up the month after i cancelled!! I emailed James Egginton the Membership Consultant asking for a refund for the three months. His response was 'Owner remembers the conversation but i didn't get a formal cancelation from you but i'll just take this as your notice, so im charging you another month'. He also stated 'our terms and conditions say you have to email to say you've cancelled.' First of all, not once did the owner tell me i have to send an email to cancel. Secondly seems a ridiculous T&C if a gym membership cannot be cancelled face to face. After a few of my emails being ignored and refusing to even acknowledge that i am entitled to a refund. I was forced to file an indemnity claim with the banks to which i was awarded my refund. I think its poor practice to have a single method of cancellation. Overall, overpriced and the way my cancellation was handled means i will be forced to find a different gym.

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing gym if your looking for a place to train but also feel comfortable then this is the place out of all the gyms I’ve attended this one creates such a good atmosphere from the staff to the equipment I wish jack and his team all the best they’ve earned it.

Fantastic experience: Been coming here for a few years now. Wouldn't want to go anywhere else locally, great equipment, great staff and down the road. Wish them every success with the expansions as they've earn't it.

Fantastic experience: After a while of thinking about joining fitness worx but putting off, I plucked up the courage. I was worried about everyone being super fit etc and alot of intimadating bodybuilder type guys but so wish I had joined sooner! 8 weeks on I have already lost over 17lbs and my shape has changed so much. I am loving the classes, everyone is really friendly, from all the trainers to the members, only advise to anyone else is join up and dont hesitate for years like me as you will love it, i’ve gained confidence and feel so much better about myself, am loosing weight, changing shape, feeling stronger and fitter week by week .

Fantastic experience: FWX is a fantastic facility with all the equipment you could ask for. The team has given me a lot of advice for my training and nutrition. I would 100% recommend the Kenilworth and Warwick facility.

Fantastic experience: Great gym that I have only just discovered. I would describe this as a proper training gym with a variety of equipment instead of rows and rows of treadmills and running machines. The staff are very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is super friendly and supportive. There seems to be continual investment in new equipment and facilities. In fact during my new and recent membership at Kenilworth, upgrade to training room layouts, even more equipment and shower facilities have been happening on an industrial scale! I can't fault them now.....highly recommended. Thanks and well done Jack and team!

Fantastic experience: I've been training here for the past 5 months, I had never set foot in a gym before. I was made to feel so welcome and have since dropped 3 dress sizes. All the staff are lovely, friendly and helpful. I've made some wonderful friends and now love going to the gym.
