Fantastic experience: Started going here when I was 17 years old, 5/6 times a week for many years. Stopped going due to work and other interests. Returned back today, now in my mid 40’s, and was so happy to see some of the same smiley faces. Great facility with a really friendly and encouraging atmosphere. Like coming home!

Fantastic experience: How a gym should be. Staff conduct is exemplary, and they have a real desire to help every member. The gym is perfect for every individual goal or training need. You can evidently see why the gym has been running for 20+ years and has a real legacy in Stroud and its surrounding areas!

Negative experience: A bit disappointing. Joined without viewing and pics very misleading on website. Equipment very old and limited. Roped into full year subscription ......

Fantastic experience: Fitness Mill has been in Stroud for decades and the reason for its longevity is clear: Honest and knowledge staff and owners who are professional and actually care about their members. A raft of equipment for all needs, tons of parking and easy access. If youre a real gym geek it has all the kit you need, but has an inclusive atmosphere for those just starting out. Nothing else like it in the region.

Fantastic experience: Very Quirky very stroudian gym. I love it. Hot all the machines you would want in a multi floor and room layout. It has also got one large padded room if you need a bit more floor space.

Fantastic experience: Just moved from London to the area and am so impressed with the variety of kit and the welcoming community. Really excellent for powerlifters in particular. Anyone say monolift?

Fantastic experience: Quality gym, friendly staff and very welcoming. Suitable for all levels. Plenty of space and equipment. Prices are also better than gyms in the area while being also being a larger gym. Very good covid19 measure in place and a very safe place to train. 10/10
