Fantastic experience: Great bodybuilding gym

Positive experience: "A gym for everyone" just not for me. Great range of equipment but the stones just aren't friendly. Trying to get into strongman when one of the few gyms with stones starts at 70 kg is improbable. Deadlift around 150 just needed smaller stones for the technique. Not beginner friendly. The man seemed nice though( the owner? ).

Fantastic experience: This is a proper gym! After years and years in pure gym, you feel as though the selection of machines and even finding like minded people is just not at pure gym. As cheap as it may be, you’ll find people trying to impress others there, but not at body FX. This is an amazing gym with a great selection of machines in an old Skool type of vibe with like minded people who just want to train. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, and better yet you’ll be supporting a local business. It truly is the best gym in Coventry!
