Positive experience: Run down facilities, sauna works but not steam room or hot tub, pool does have sand in the bottom and some tiles missing. Other than that, the staff are absolutely lovely, very helpful, and kind.

Fantastic experience: Cannot begin to explain how lovely it is to belong to fitness at Gurnard. All the staff are so helpful and considerate. Special mentions to Ben, Sarah, Alice and Simon. If I have missed you out it's because I can't remember all your names special thanks to Hannah for her aqua fit class you would not believe how I feel so much better, mentally emotionally and spiritually. It's been a very tough 18 months. Big hugs all round if I could. P.S all the covid precautions are easily understood and are excellent. Love Christine Ash xxx

Fantastic experience: Friendy staff! Open till late, complex has a cafe, indoor heated pool, sauna, fitness centre. Fitness classes, crèche and restuarant. What more could you ask for .
Negative experience: Cold and looks in loved. Cafe never open.
Hi Abby, Sorry to hear this. We have been working hard to improve the central complex but obviously some of these things take time. Was there a particular area you were in that was cold then I can answer specifically to what we are doing about it? Unfortunately the cafe is not run by us and I will pass the details onto the cafe manager, I know that they had some staff issues in October which led to some closures but in November they have been open as per their advertised hours as far as I am aware.
