Fantastic experience: I've been a member here for over a year and am really enjoying it. The staff are super friendly and the interior of the gym has a really cool aesthetic. The equipment is always in good condition and feels new and even at peak times it still doesn't feel unbearably busy like some other gyms can.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of Hammersmith Jetts for a few months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained, and the range of equipment is excellent. A special shoutout to Kyle and Andrew on the team, they are always friendly, approachable, and full of great advice. Whether you’re new to fitness or looking to level up. Highly recommend this gym!

Positive experience: Great facilities and range of equipment. Classes are fun and challenging with great instructors, The only issue I find is that people do not wipe down equipment after they use it, not sure how they can monitor this going forward. But by far the best gym in the area

Fantastic experience: Signing up was super straightforward, and the whole process felt effortless. The staff here are genuinely friendly, but I’ve got to give a special mention to Kyle. He’s a constant, positive presence - always motivating and bringing good energy. The selection of equipment is great, and the whole space is clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend if you're after a gym where you can focus on getting your workout done.

Fantastic experience: Jetts Gym Hammersmith, is a wonderful place to work out—it’s spacious, and has a welcoming atmosphere. The classes offer fantastic variety, with something for everyone, no matter your fitness level. Jamie, one of the instructors, is exceptional. Not only does Jamie lead a range of classes throughout the week, but he also has a real talent for motivating you to push your limits and get the best out of every workout. His sessions are perfect for building strength, boosting cardio, and improving overall fitness. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, Jamie’s classes make everyone feel capable and welcome.

Fantastic experience: My experience at Jetts has been a truly incredible experience. Elidon, Jamie and Kyle have truly become like family. My gains have been great and I also enjoy the classes available. Sundays is yoga day and I love it.

Negative experience: Terrible experience with Jetts. Although it’s a 24/7 gym, you can only collect your access card in person during business hours, which is highly inconvenient for busy people who need flexibility. Cancelling the membership is even worse—while signing up is easy online, cancelling requires emailing the staff, who will then bombard you with attempts to make you stay. This overly complicated process feels intentionally designed to trap customers. I’ve never had such a poor experience with gym management and will never use Jetts again, despite its convenience. Avoid at all costs!

Fantastic experience: Amazing state of the art gym, I’ve been training here for nearly a year now. It’s extremely clean, well kept, and a nice and comfortable environment to train in. Kyle’s a top guy and has been of massive help since I’ve been training here. We trained together for a few boxing sessions and he also helped me to correct my posture with a few simple light exercises before weight training. Would definitely recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have recently signed up to this gym. The facilities and equipment are very modern and clean. There is a great atmosphere within the gym. The classes are led by very good instructors. Kyle was very welcoming and friendly and is very approachable and super easy to talk to. He led one of my classes with professionalism and understanding of my abilities with care. All the staff at Jetts are helpful positive and give off great energy. Really enjoying being a member at Jetts.

Fantastic experience: Jetts is one of the best gyms I have ever joined. I love its friendly environment. Most of the gym members are highly motivated, physically fit, and very courteous. Kyle is an excellent and caring manager, who makes sure that everyone is welcomed and properly listened to all the time. All the equipment is flawlessly maintained and regularly updated, and the space is clean, fashionable, and commodious. I certainly love the privacy of the personal shower rooms and the comfortable lounging areas. The gym is also staffed with some of the best PTs I have ever known, and all the administrative staff members are incredibly helpful and loving. I certainly look forward to working out there everyday!

Fantastic experience: I had a great experience at Jetts in Hammersmith. The Club Assistant was very friendly and efficient even though he had about 3 people there at once. The music isn't great and it's too loud, particularly if you're on the assisted pull-up machine where you're basically pulling yourself right into the speaker. However there's a great range of equipment, and it's very clean across the board. I visited on a day pass when I passed through London last week, and the day pass was a really good value.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member of this gym for 6 months now, It being 24 hours makes it easier not to have any excuses to get a training session. Facilities are great and clean. A great gym wouldn’t be great without great staff like Elidon, Jamie, Kyle and Rico.

Negative experience: I had a physio appointment which I missed because the reception guy didn't have the decency to tell me I need to ring their bell - he just let me in like that and I was waiting for 30 mins like a fool. I tried to approach him a few times to ask if he could give the physios a shout or smth but he was reluctant and aggressive. Possibly because I am a foreigner. Other than that he was on his phone the whole time. Only when I actually decided to screw him and chase it by myself I was told I missed my appointment. Again not strictly their business as the physio is separate stuff, and I filed a separate complaint on their business, but basic human decency would dictate that even as the receptionist of the gym, he should care a bit more. Avoid at all costs.

Positive experience: Great gym - has all the equipment you could need. One of the best gyms I’ve been to. No other facilities which is a shame but overall worth it.

Fantastic experience: I have been a proud member of Jetts since August 2023 and I highly recommend anyone to join. For the price you pay you get a clean and well organized 24/7 gym with very friendly staff like Kyle who is usually there during the mid-day. I am very happy with Jetts Hammersmith and have given them a 5 star rating, there are these things to remember though: - It gets quite busy during peak hours like 5pm-9pm for example. - Some machines have minor damages Once again though, it’s a great value for the price and definitely the best gym in the area.

Fantastic experience: Brilliant gym! Good equipment, never a big wait even on peak hours and really lovely staff. Personally enjoy that its dimly lit, interiors are aesthetically pleasing and theres a chill area with sofas to catch your breath after an intense session. Overall great facility and value for money.

Fantastic experience: It’s been 3 months since I joined this gym and my experience has been nothing but spectacular. The equipment is absolutely amazing and it being 24 hours allows me to get my workouts in whilst working around my work schedule. Special thanks Kyle, Mitch, Kyron and Arun for being great coaches and always being there to help.

Fantastic experience: I have recently joined Jetts and have found the best group classes’ instructor here - Rico. His classes are really intense and make you push yourself every single time. The only thing to make it better would be to have more availability as it is always fully booked. This is expected as Rico is a great PT and cares about his regulars and their progress!

He makes you work hard, focus not only on your body but also, on your mind. They are like meditation and a hard workout in one. He can motivate well and is a great PT as well! Fantastic experience: Jetts Gym is a place I feel like home, with staff that is incredibly friendly and kind! Improving the frequency of classes would be a great addition to the gym. LBT are my favourite classes and Rico makes them fun yet exhausting, hopefully more of these will be added to the timetable soon. Keep up the great energy and work!

Fantastic experience: Best GYM in area!

Negative experience: I’m a long standing gym user training 5 or 6 times a week, jetts is a great looking gym and has some really good kit, the staff are all really friendly. Only negatives I have are that during peak times it gets super busy, and I mean so busy you can’t even get a locker, have had several occasions where I can’t even get in let alone work out which is frustrating, in the mornings that can also be true of the showers, there are only five between all members, have had to go to work stinking a few times which isn’t nice. They do say memberships are capped but I would dispute that! I won’t be continuing my membership on this basis as hate missing workouts but if you just train a couple of times a week or can go during the day it’s a pretty good gym, just not really suitable for serious trainers.

Fantastic experience: In am so very pleased that Jetts 24 hr Gym has opened up in Hammersmith. It is simply the best Gym I have found in London. You cant beat it! The team are friendly, highly professional and well qualified. They support you through to achieving your desired goals and are so helpful when you need an extra boost or advice during a session for new exercises or adjustments to the way to do things. The choice of equipment over two floors is second to none. They have everything and more than you could possibly want, I mean 7 squat bar machines - really! With it's dark moody spot lit areas, plenty of space to work out you feel like you are in your own zone/but at the same time in the company with others. No horrible bright lights glaring is a blessing. The classes are great, you can book private sessions as well to focus on goals.... I lived in Australia for a while and the Jetta gyms there are great too. As a woman working out I feel safe, supported - the 'recipe' just works. London is lucky to have one and hopefully many more - Go team Jetts - thanks again

Fantastic experience: Spacious well-maintained gym with shower rooms, and convenient operating hours makes this gym a good choice for someone who has floating working hours like me:) The gym maintains good hygiene standards, creating a welcoming environment and the selection of equipment is also impressive I would recommend it.

Negative experience: I'm not sure if this is due to new management, but the music is often very loud and the volume is never consistent…. It’s so loud that it pierces into my headphones. I have to set my headphone volume to the max, and I'm concerned about potential hearing damage if I continue in this gym. I understand the need for loud music during classes, but why blast it when there are no classes? Approximately 95% of people have headphones plugged in. In addition, the gym had a quieter atmosphere on early weekend mornings, allowing people to ease into their workouts. It would be great if you could invest in a 'sound level meter' device to maintain stable and consistent volume levels throughout the day… won’t be staying if it continues like this.

Fantastic experience: Hammersmith Jett's Gym is pretty amazing for its huge variety of equipment - whether you're into cardio, strength training, or functional fitness, they've done a great job of maximizing space and curating an nice vibe(music is a great mix). The place is always clean too, eg. no weights lying around. And the staff are great – super helpful and very kind. Fantastic experience: Jetts in Hammersmith is excellent! New equipment, passionate and friendly staff. Personal Trainers are very involved, helping members stay on track and not deviate from the set plan. Great and positive management! Although I had to move hours away, I feel very grateful for the experience and I won't hesitate to become a member again should my time and location allow me in the future. A very pleasant experience overall!

Negative experience: Despite their claims in Google reviews, the owners show consistent indifference to their customers' concerns, allowing persistent issues to linger for an extended period. The music blares at an intrusively loud volume, making it virtually impossible to use headphones effectively, and requests to lower the volume have consistently fallen on deaf ears. Astonishingly, nearly 98% of gym-goers wear headphones, indicating that the blaring music does nothing to create a positive environment for most attendees. Furthermore, the dim lighting is bearable, but the extremely bright spotlights directly above workout equipment like pull-up bars and treadmills are not only uncomfortable but also pose a severe safety risk. Despite numerous complaints from a large number of members dating over a year now, no tangible changes have been made, despite assertions to the contrary. Additionally, it's worth noting that certain online images misrepresent the actual facilities, showcasing features like punch bags and wall ball targets, which Jetts Hammersmith does not have. The promise of obtaining additional equipment based on member demand is a sham, as it contradicts the reality of unaddressed member requests. Maintaining proper form is nearly impossible due to the scarce availability of mirrors, with only two out of the nine squat racks having them and a minimal mirror presence on the ground floor, primarily limited to the dumbbell area. The sole positive aspect is the relatively tidy gym floor during visits, but the ongoing issues with music volume, lighting, unmet promises, and the lack of adequate mirrors severely hinder the overall experience at this gym

Fantastic experience: Great gym and equipment. Could the Jetts staff check the air con / ventilation to be appropriate for the number of people at different times of the day? For example, the ceiling upstairs is much lower and it's cold in the bikes" area especially outside rush hours when the gym isn't so busy. Keep up the good work. Many thanks

Positive experience: It's a good gym if you never attend during rush hour times around 4-8pm because you will not get to use a single machine. There's not enough space for machines there, only one lat pull down and seated row machine. Can vouch for the air/air-conditioning quality in there though it's perfection unlike the pure gym not too far away which provides the same air quality suffocation as Chernobyl. In conclusion good gym, go at unsociable hours, still sometimes gets packed at unsociable hours.

Fantastic experience: I've been at the gym since it opened, and I can safely say it's a really good gym with solid equipment and good classes with professional and friendly staff. The morning Metcon classes and the boxing classes in particular are really well run. However, it would be good to see a punch bag installed to further benefit the classes. Overall, it's a great place and I'd recommend it to others.

Negative experience: I wont definitely use this gym again. This is a monthly contract. When i spoke with them. They told me, if you want to leave just cancel direct debit. So i done it, now they are telling me that, i have to pay because i didn’t give a month notice. When you are making contact with them take a video otherwise you will have trouble to cancel your membership. Also gym is so small not enough equipment.

Fantastic experience: Great gym. It's very spacious and if it's not the rush hour (before and after work hours) it's not really crowded so you can find any equipment available. The only problem I faced is the air-conditioning. It feels like the A/C is in full power all the time and the blades are moving so every now and then they are directing the air downwards and when you are working out, sweating it's somehow disturbing to feel that. I don't have problems with air-conditioning working all the time, but at least if the blades were faced upwards it wouldn't hit us

Positive experience: Gym is above average. I got it on an early bird offer which makes it a fair price. I probably wouldn't pay normal price for the gym. Overall in terms of equipment they have most things and have plenty of squat racks. Although they could with a few more machines. A few things that could be improved. 1) lighting - the gym is very dark, I understand the low-light vibe, but it is quite difficult to see. Plus in contrast with lights directly above some of the equipment. E.g pull up bar there is a light directly above it, so as your are using it you get blinded. 2) They advertise that numbers are capped, if I come during peak times I struggle to get equipment. 3) Card reader is pretty poor, takes me 3/4 swipes for it to work. 4) There are some pretty ridiculous rules e.g your not allowed to take a bag in as it's a trip Hazzard but your allowed to have all of your gear spread all over the floor. It would make more sense to encourage people to use a bag to store all their possessions in. 5) They need some more smaller weights. There is one set of 1.25kg and two sets of 2.5kg plates. Nobody is sticking 10kg on there big lifts every week...
