Fantastic experience: Best Gym in Stafford by far! Unrivalled in terms of space, equipment, motivational artwork, location and facilities in general. The changing rooms are clean and spacious with a sauna and cold plunge in addition to what you would expect of changing rooms. The gym itself is always impeccably clean and the staff are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and happy to help. The addition of a secure bike storage facility is super helpful.

Fantastic experience: I signed up for the 30-day pass to trial the gym, and it has been a very positive experience so far. The gym has a fantastic atmosphere, a wide selection of equipment, and friendly staff. The facilities are well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment for workouts. The building is thoughtfully divided into different zones, and they also offer studio access for those who prefer to work out away from the main areas. This setup allows for a more personalised and flexible workout experience. One of the standout features for me has been the sauna and ice bath. Incorporating both into my daily routine to manage chronic pain and fatigue has already led to noticeable improvements in my symptoms. For those curious about the ice bath, the temperature has consistently been around 12-13°C, which is cold enough to feel the benefits, especially for beginners. I had the opportunity to meet the owner today, who mentioned plans to potentially invest in a commercial-grade ice bath that would offer even lower temperatures, a fantastic potential addition. I’ll be signing up for the unlimited plan at the end of my 30-day pass to take full advantage of the classes they offer. I'm particularly excited to start with calisthenics and will also explore the possibility of working with one of their personal trainers. Elements Gym really is great value for money, and I’m switching over from my membership at The Gym Group. It offers so much more and is a better experience all round. I’ll update my review when I start some of the classes next month.

Fantastic experience: Love this gym just a few things I miss from previous gyms, please invest in a box standard back extension machine, rather than the high one. Please, it’s so good for small people and beginners. Ps - will love elements forever if so. Also a lying hamstring leg curl is a machine I miss

Positive experience: It's OK. Seriously need to stop messing with the opening times! Pick a time mon-fri and sat/sun and stick to it! *edit* Like closing early Thursday and Friday!! That doesn't seem to be making it more accessible??? Changing facilties leave alot to be desired. Some/mosr of the padding on the equipment is in desperate need of recovering.
Hi Adam thanks for leaving us with a review , we have only changed the opening times to increase our hours . We now open at 5am Monday to Friday to give more people accessibility. Our other times have never changed . Hope that explains it all

Fantastic experience: Best gym in stafford! I’ve been training for 7 years now and have had memberships at a good few of the ones in Stafford…non of them provide the diversity of training equipment like elements can. A well equipped weight room with sufficient amount of dumbells and and machines. Weight sleds, punching bags cable machines and a callisthenics room with gymnastics rings which is a great alternative to training then traditional free weights. I began finding training a bit methodical but now I find it a lot more enjoyable. Also the best addition to the gym membership I find is the sauna and cold showers, I’ve found this great for recovery. I can happily recommend Elements to anyone, staff are really friendly and accommodate all levels of abilities.

Progressed mentally and physically since joining elements. Callisthenics room, saunas, amazing and artwork are a few things which set this gym apart from others. Wouldn’t go anywhere else ❤️
Fantastic experience: This is hands down the best gym in Stafford and all surrounding areas. Location is just perfect; being on the edge of Stafford’s town centre. It’s amazing facilities are easily accessible. When you join as a member, you quickly realise you’ve joined such an active, engaging social community which is a pleasure to be a part of. 5 stars!

Negative experience: Decided to try this Gym to see if it was any good paid for a monthly pass cost £35 after 35 minutes in the Gym gave up. There was Zero atmosphere you could hardly hear the music and the machine and free weight selection was very limited My self and my training partner decided there and then this was a big mistake. We went downstairs and were promptly refused any kind of refund even though we hadnt done one hour between us When we told the staff our ressons for not wanting to stay they became very anti and un engaging So no refund and feeling quite underwhelmed we made our way back to our normal training Gym and vowed never to return here again On the upside i will say the equipment they do have is new and well maintained However lesson for today is the Grass is not greener on the other side

Positive experience: I've been a member for a few weeks and it ticks everything you want in a gym, free parking (although it is multistory so if you have a large car it can be a bit awkward, and is often hard to find good spaces), a huge range of equipment and usually not too busy so you never need to wait for equipment but is fairly pricey so if your looking for the cheapest one in stafford this isn't really the place but otherwise I recommend it

Negative experience: Paid for a weeks member ship and was not given any recipient or code, when going in the next day I had to convince the staff that I had paid. Had been going multiple times a week for over a year.

Fantastic experience: Really nice spacious gym with helpful staff. Very affordable charges and good hours. Only downside is that the WiFi upstairs is very poor and pretty much useless but ok downstairs.

Positive experience: A good gym with a good range of classes. Seems to be heading more virtual now though which is a shame. The equipment is all of a good quality and very good condition. There is also plenty of it. Changing and shower facilities are very clean too.
